Executive Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre, Metro Vancouver

My recent stay at Executive Plaza Hotel left me thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The cozy room provided a warm and inviting ambiance, and I was pleased to find it in excellent condition with thoughtful refurbishments that added a touch of modernity. The standout feature of this hotel was undoubtedly the friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their genuine warmth and attentive service made my stay all the more enjoyable. The availability of parking was a definite convenience, making it hassle-free to explore the area with peace of mind. Additionally, having a restaurant close by was a great perk, offering convenient dining options without having to venture far. One of the hotel's major advantages was its strategic location. Being situated across from public transportation, the sky train, was a game-changer. Within just a 5-minute walking distance, I could easily access the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions and landmarks. Overall, my experience at Executive Plaza Hotel was fantastic. The comfortable room, friendly staff, available parking, and proximity to public transport made it an excellent choice for anyone looking to have a pleasant and convenient stay. I will surely consider returning to this hotel on my next visit to the city.

While my stay at Executive Plaza Hotel was enjoyable, one aspect that left me wanting more was the size of the pool. Although it was a nice addition to the hotel amenities, I couldn't help but feel that a larger pool would have been more appealing. With a larger pool, guests could have had more space to relax and unwind, making it an even more refreshing experience during the stay. Despite this minor setback, the overall positives of the hotel still made it a worthwhile choice for accommodation.

Excellent location with lots of eating options within walking distance, especially if you like Korean and Asian food. Lougheed Town Centre Skytrain was walking distance too. The easy parking arrangement underground - drive-in and out anytime - for $10 a day (tax included) was great.

The heating fan was loud. Other than that, there was not much we did not like. The price was a bit high for my liking compared to Montreal. Food prices in Vancouver were generally high but excellent quality and taste.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean but a bit outdated. Breakfast was not free but it offered variety of choices. The location was absolutely great!! We loved the outdoor pool and a hot tub.

The coffee maker was broken but replaced after. The gym equipment was not working, only 1 exercise machine. It was too expensive, $330 per night! I stayed in hotels similar or higher caliber at a lot less price. Definitely overpriced!

I liked the room and the bed. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow for doing business. That is something toimprove on, for sure

The bathtub faucet leaked and the mini-fridge froze everything.

Friendly staff and very nice and clean rooms. The parking was a little tricky. The reception need to improve.  receptionist should be a 'people's person'. They should greet guests with an infectious smile, be friendly, helpful. We didn't see any of this. Overall the hotel is great we love it.

The restaurant staff was great! The special menu for guests was great.

They wouldn’t move use. They said there was no view room available but there were not that many guests at a such a large hotel. This is the second time it happened . I think they don’t do moves when you book with Booking.com.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I needed a Microwave oven and the reception arrange for it.

Breakfast should have more varieties. I and my spouse do not take Pork and Beef. More varieties like Chicken Sausage and eggs made in different ways should have been available.

the bathroom sink was nice, the staff was nice, the water pressure in the shower was nice.

there was no card in room that showed wifi or what floor pool and workout room were on. the pool was very out dated, the toilette flush buttons were hard to push (very awkward), the workout room had some equipment not available to use, a pillow in the room was dirty when hadn’t had used it yet, very out dated room.

Comfortable beds. Very friendly and available staff. House keeping amazing with coming and making the sofa bed comfy for our teenager. Very pleasant stay overall. Good food and massage places around walking distance. Bonus outdoor pool and hot tub to take the travel aches away Thank you.

A few minor comments. It would be helpful to have: 1) a couple of wine glasses in the room 2) perhaps 4 creamers/milk kept in the fridge at all times for the coffee/tea maker 3) a pencil or pen in the desk or bedside drawer
