Clean, quiet and great parking for my work truck and trailer. I left before the breakfast hours but the staff packed me a bag to take with me. Thank you so much!

The fact that $100.00 deposit is charged to your credit card immediately but not returned for two to five business days. Even when the room was paid for in advance and not by choice. Booking.com took the payment even though I chose to pay when my stay was complete. Why are the summer rates double? I travel for work all year long and I don't charge my clients double in the summer.

The facility was so nice and clean. I felt very safe there too. It was nice to have breakfast included except for the fact that it was so early. It was nice that you offered Coffee and Tea TV and other stuff. I love that it had a pool and a hot tub!

The dog that kept barking in the backyard. People walking by really loud. I wish breakfast was extended to 11:00AM lol.

Room was clean, large with a nice feel. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Price for one night was acceptable. Breakfast not a good thing: bread and coffee. Otherwise we still got a lovely room!

There was a lady yelling at us out of the window (office) when we parked at the back of the building, not to park there as there was an event coming. We never saw the event, nor was that parking used. Got yelled at for nothing.

Great access right off the highway. Bonus- there’s a Chinese food restaurant attached to it. It was clean & staff were nice. Only annoying thing was constant doors slamming from guests coming in & out but the hotel really can’t control that unless they install ‘slow door close’ hinges. Other weird thing is how far removed the upstairs eating area is, usually it’s located close to the entrance but it was opposite. important thing is that it was fully stocked & even had gloves for patrons to use around the food.

Breakfast was standard cereal, yogurt, tea/coffee, granola, and they gave paper bags with a juice box, cookies, muffin and granola bars (because of Covid). So it was nice. The staff were so so friendly!

I wish there was the chance for housekeeping to change our bed linens. With two little ones eating in the same room that we sleep in, makes for a bit of a mess on the sides of the beds. But I understand it’s because of Covid and the safety of their housekeepers. I just wish we could’ve gotten an extra sheet set to do it ourselves.

Very large room with fridge and microwave, a couple of desks and a shoe cubby. Breakfast included, pool, hot tub and gym. Good value for money.

The gym closes at 9 and I would have liked to have gone a bit later. No elevator so if you're on the second floor, you have to take your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

Initially I was told ground level suites were not available I had requested one as I have a disabled son, but when I arrived I could see that our reservation had been changed to a ground floor unit. I did let them know that I was going to make it work for us but was concerned about the guests below us. My son has spina bifida and can walk but is very heavy footed and stairs are a challenge. I said that we would manage somehow so the change was a very nice surprise. The breakfast was totally carbs snacks which is difficult for my other son due to his diabetes I am not sure what would be offered when the actual dining area was finally open. He managed with it though by being very choosey but a clear protein source would have been very appreciated.

Not much but oddly I did find a fairly large pebble little finger nail size under my sheet at the foot of the bed. It was pretty strange but didn't mention it to the staff as it wasn't that big a deal just odd. The staff we dealt with were friendly courteous and helpful on every occasion.

Larger pillows although the small ones were comfortable enough but prefer larger ones. Covers didn't come up enough and hard to pull them up but was able to warm up the room. Slide down the bed to make use of the covers. Need an extra chair as one had to sit on the bed.

It was clean and I didn't expect to have a table/fridge in the room, it was definitely handy since we were on a roadtrip and were able to keep things cool for the night.

I'm a bit OCD - overall it was decently clean for a hotel - but you definitely need to clean the doors - mine had coffee spilled on it. it just looked old - it needs new paint, maybe put in baseboards - many were missing. its just an old building and needs some TLC in the rooms. I also didn't realize you could bring pets in - there were dogs barking for most of the stay.

Comfortable beds and nice staff

Some marks on the walls and ceiling, I chose the pay now option on Booking.com so I thought I paid when I Checked in, and front desk said it was to only hold the room. a bit confusing
