Breakfast, rooms and hotel in general were very good. The location is fabulous and you can walk anywhere downtown in a breeze and for a long weekend it was very quiet. We appreciated the mickey pancakes that were brought out for our kiddos!

The only complaint is that there was no parking on site for our vehichles. We had to park both (no parking at all on site when we arrived on Saturday). We had to park a block away in a parkade and walk over - two tired kids this was not ideal.

All the staff at the hotel were always very polite and happy. The location is great with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants right in front of the hotel. Its an easy walk around town as the hotel is in a perfect central position. The lake is just down the street too. The breakfast each morning was adequate with toast, boiled eggs, pastries, yogurts, cereal, fruit juices, fresh fruit platter, tea and coffee, very clean and well presented with great staff. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel, the bed was really comfortable as I was in a large suite on the top floor with great lake and mountain views from the 2 small balconies.

Could not fault anything

What an unexpectedly fabulous stay! We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the town and marina. Everything was clean and comfortable with a large bed. Tea and coffee making in room. The included breakfast was plentiful and fresh with lots of options. Bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries were all great. The staff were very friendly and helped to make an enjoyable stay. The location was fabulous and we walked down to the Marina and along the waterfront. Lots of fun music and activities happening. Lots of restaurant choices and we sat for fish tacos and woodfired pizza at a boutique brewery people watching. The town was buzzing! We wished we could have stayed at the Royal Anne again on our return to Vancouver from the Rockies but they were booked out. We didn’t know what to expect of Kelowna but we loved it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Jackie went above and beyond to help us out. Location is perfect for anyone who wants to experience downtown Kelowna... Close to good restaurants and shops. Bring your bike go for a ride, or rent one or a scooter on the street. Secure underground parking, but get there early as there are limited spots available otherwise you are outside in the pub parking lot. City is ALIVE at night! We stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It's loud but there's a/c so you can close the sliding glass door. Beds are super comfy, breakfast is good too with fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereals, breads and sweet pastries. For coffee, go across the street....lol.

The coffee...lol. One of those espresso machines where you can get a latte, espresso or cappuccino at the press of a button would be amazing. :)

I loved this hotel (except the parking). The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was perfect (for me). The balcony was standing room only but a balcony nonetheless. The breakfast room was spacious, well-lit, variety of foods, and well stocked. The gym was decent. The staff were super nice. The location can't be beat. If I didn't have a car, I would stay here a million times over.

The parking situation is bad. The parkade only holds 18 vehicles. If there are no spaces available, you literally have to back out. The "overflow" has 8 more stalls but it is actually a back alley.

The proximity of the hotel to the city centre and the lake. The breakfast we quite good and the hotel provided ample space for all guests to eat comfortably. The room was a decent size and could accommodate a family of four easily.

It was awkward initially getting into the parking lot. We had to park at the restaurant behind the hotel, walk through an alley and then get access to the parking pass. The parking lot below the hotel was extremely small. Even upon check-in at 3pm we were lucky to get one of the final two parking spots.

The room was very well decorated. The bed, super-comfy, and lush. The deluxe continental breakfast was superb. The free (only cost is $3.00 for soap) guest laundry was a special feature. The downtown location is perfect for checking out all that Kelowna has to offer. Very courteous front desk and housekeeping staff. Safe and secure underground parking

There wasn't anything about the Royal Anne that I didn't like. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The location!! The staff, the breakfast, the beds, underground free parking.

Nothing! I loved staying on Bernard Street. Large breakfast choices- even during Covid which most hotels don’t offer!

This was a hotel in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach front, which takes you past all of the local restaurants and bars. The room was large with 2 Queen size beds, it had a little patio which as our room was on the gave us a view of the mountains (just). The breakfast was a good spread and helped set you up for the day, whether that was wine tasting or going for a walk. Opposite there was a great little cinema which did vintage movies and dinner.

The car park was a little tight, so we managed to park in the public car park which was just around the corner. For 2 nights it cost us $15 and there was always a space in there and was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel room walls were a little thin that you could hear next door if they were laughing, but it didn't disturb our nights sleep.

Great location. We were lucky and got parking underground but it could be a problem during peak season. I truly appreciate that they assigned us a room with a view and balcony on the second floor. Since we were traveling with our dog I got used to the fact that the pet friendly rooms are located in the basement or facing to the firewall. Funny that we even pay more for a dodgy room.
