The location was very central and shopping, groceries, fast food, gas stations and family dining were within walking distance. An excellent property for a short stay-put vacation. The unit had all necessary amenities such as cups, plates cutlery, fridge stove coffee maker and microwave. The staff are excellent and very accommodating.

Bring your own bar of soap and shampoo. The soap provided is very small and harsh. Also, request more towels. The bath towels are small and not very absorbent, so if you plan on using the pool you will need to insure that they provide you with at least 8 bath towels daily during your stay.

We liked the location of the hotel, how clean our rooms were and how accessible the grocery store and restaurants were to us. We also liked it was 40minute walk to the waterfront and we appreciate the amenities the hotel provided, gym, both indoors and outdoors pool and hottub. We liked that we could cook our meals, because we booked a room with a kitchenette which had all the cooking utensils that we needed and we had a sitting area on the deck next to our rooms. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

It is right next to a busy road so it can be noisy from the cars driving by, I had earplugs and that helped with drowning out the noise.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property and our rooms. I also liked that wee were close to restaurants and grocery stores. Their amenities, pool, hottubs and pools were in great shape and I liked that they had both an indoor and outdoor pool and hottub. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We could hear the cars on the road and this could be due to where our rooms were, I always travel with my earplugs so the noise didn't bother me as much. I also wish there were earlier summer time hours with accessing the amentities, pool, hottub and gym because 9am feels a little later for me to go for a swim or workout at the gym.

The hotel had many amenities that we enjoyed such as the pool, hot tub and fitness room. All facilities and our room were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor seating around the property. The location is within walking distance to anything one might need on a stay away from home including the park/beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shops etc.

The fitness room didn't open until 9am which is quite late for those of us who like to work out early and get our day started. The fan in our bathroom was very, very loud.

The beds were comfortable even the pull out couch!! Loved being able to cook for the fam while there and space to store supplies and food! Absolutely loved the location to the pool- right out our door!! Pool and hot tub were a treat to be in as well as easy access for all of it!! Staff was super pleasant and helpful! LOVE the location- close to the beaches, fast food if wanted and grocery store!! I chose Rotary Beach but Gyro Beach is an easy walk!!

The entire place was very clean even though it’s an older motel. we had a kitchen site with 2 queen beds and a separate bedroom. kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for the winter still but the indoor pool and hot tub and a sauna were all open and working and very clean.

No real complaints! One minor thing: to use the pool you have to get extra towels at the front desk. maybe a shelf at the pool with clean towels and a bin for used one would help.

The room was a nice size, kitchen was well equipped and it was overall very clean. The location of the room was great being just outside the pool. The location of Siesta suites was fantastic!

The main bedroom mattress was not as comfortable as expected & no TV in the bedroom. We slept on the pull out in the living room which was more comfortable. The fridge & freezer didn't work properly & some of our food went bad during our stay. I wake up very early and was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn't open until 9am but the maintenance & upkeep on this area was great!

The laminate wood flooring was nice. The hot tub and pool were nice. The location is amazing in terms of multiple things around to do. For example, energy plex, vr, beach, resteraunts, mall. Beds were cozy. Cozy sitting area outfront of rooms.

Bath tub was a bit small and could have been cleaned better between crevices. No conditioner and soap was a bit harsh. ( for the price the small things like soap and conditioners could have been a bit better) Lamp didn't work. Door didn't shut tightly when locked; Could hear people outside easily at late hours of the night but that didn't bother me too much.

We were pleasantly surprised by the little seating area on the balcony, it was a great place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. The room was very clean and well appointed, we were able to prepare breakfast and snacks for our toddler. The room was really clean, and comfortable. My daughter had a blast swimming at the outdoor pool, there were lots of other families and it was a great place to spend time. Everything, including the beach was super walkable.

The coffee was very weak, but the machine doesn't accommodate purchasing your own. The towels for the pool are the same as the bathroom towels, larger beach towels would have been nice.

The location is wonderful. 5 min walk to the beach and shopping and restaurant are just by side. My family enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub/swimming pool. The Kitchenette is great! The staff is very professional and helpful. We liked here so much that we rebooked it on our way back. Will book here again when we visit Kelowna next time.

The Google Map is really misleading. We had a hard time to find the location. I think the hotel should update Google to make correction. The mattress is too soft for me.
