Clean, great buffet breakfast with fair options, breakfast included.

During late night hours the reception is attended by outsiders (or at least they seemed to be not hotel guests). The persons were under the influence. Security was trying their best to control the situation but by my reading of the room the police should have been called. I witnessed these in two different nights and I was there for six. This is not a good impression at all and hotel management should address this urgently.

Location was excellent! With a car you were within 15 - 20 minutes to easily head downtown and Forks, to the airport, football stadium, parks, and connect with the highways outside the city to head to the provincial parks. It was a central location. Parking was free. Staff was friendly and very hard working.

During our stay the hotel was busy and access to the pool was by the elevators. The floor could be wet by the elevators and inside the elevators due to its location. Staff continually mopped but it was due to the amount of people and children accessing the pool. If you were elderly it may be an issue to have wet floors.

Not sure about the area in general when it comes to homeless etc… Saturday ambulance was there in morning for a lady sitting in lobby (don’t think a guest) then in evening the fire alarm went off & entire hotel had to evacuate which I believe was a false alarm after seeing security ask kids if they saw someone pull it. Was travelling solo with my 2yr old & on 10th flr so that was not fun. Tried to go in pool at night but was taken over by 10 or more unsupervised kids so left.

The breakfast and service of staff was good. The distance from the university was good. The distance to the stores was good as well. There was sufficient parking and the place seemed relatively secure.

Cleanliness in the hallways and elevators could be better. More washers and dryers are needed for guests. The roadwork in the area was also not appealing nor smokers hanging around building.

The staff at check in, in the restaurant and even the security staff outside who helped me with parking. 5 star service!!!!

The construction on the roads to get to the hotel was horrific, especially for someone unfamiliar with this area. The level one parking and outside parking was very tight for my sedan.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Also the pool area was amazing

The parking was horrible. The parking structure was to low and cramped. The rear entrance was not well marked and hard to find from the parking area.

Our room was small but quite nice, new-looking and smart. The bathroom had clearly been flooded at some point as there was a bit of a damp smell. But the room was very clean, the location perfect, the staff was kind and the AC worked perfectly.

It was all fine. Hotels have careless guests on occasion and it can take time to to resolve. It was not very noticeable and I am sure it was not a problem in any of the other rooms.

The location was perfect for us close to family and shopping. The room was cozy and very quiet. The shower was great pressure. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

Clean, good size room. Actual housekeeping that we did not have to request. Unlike some more expensive hotels we had stayed at before that you have to beg for someone to pick up trash. Never mind anything else. Also breakfast was very good. We will stay there next time we go to Winnipeg.

I liked the room and the fact that we could use the pool. It was nice that breakfast was included.

We were surprised that there was no shower in the pool area. Most facilities ask that people shower before entering the pool.
