This new, clean hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The hotel is near main roads so you can easily get around Winnipeg with a car. Hotel had lots of parking, was near big box stores and groceries, had blackout curtains that work, comfy beds, good coffee and lots of choice for breakfast, pool and workout room were busy but clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to borrow a bicycle and a helmet to go explore nearby Assiniboine Wood and Park was a bonus.

Very minor observation was that the ceramic coffee mugs were hard to find so many people took disposable cups for their coffees. To reduce guest waste, having the mugs in a more visible location would be more sustainable.

The service was exceptional They even provided a bath chair for the shower as I have mobility issues and need to use a walker. The breakfast included an offering of healthy items. Each day a new variety of fruits and hot items were available. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. All of the employees from front staff to the ones who cleaned the rooms met us with a smile.

Room was great, huge TV (I find is less common in hotels) glass shower doors, a side couch, wine opener was a nice touch! The room had a microwave and mini fridge the design of where it was in the room was nice. Breakfast was amazing, omelettes, hash brown, sausage, pancake, bagel, toast, cream cheese, almond milk, coffee tea oh yeah and fruit! All free (I don’t find that hotel have a big breakfast if any at all) the hotel seem very up to date- the keycard scan in the elevator was a nice touch!

Breakfast was good but then I did not eat any of the hot foods. Comfortable lobby where we could gather. Helpful staff.

Discovered the telephone in the room did not work. Serious because recently in a hotel where the fire alarm went off, I was able to call the front desk to learn if we had to evacuate. (We did) . No night light in the bathroom.

We were very happily surprised and impressed by this hotel. We had to stay 2 extra nights due to a winter storm and it worked out very well. Large room, comfortable facilities, great pool & hot tub, close to several food outlets and pay-per-view in-room movies. Breakfast had more selection and was higher quality than most.

In-room movies were very expensive, no fan in bathroom, and noisy sports team staying nearby.

The shampoo and conditioner were not replaced in the shower. The shampoo was almost empty and conditioner half empty. As much as the room was clean and smelt clean, things like this being left from previous guests makes you question what else hasn’t been freshened up or checked in the room.

The staff is very friendly and I really love the 'homey' feel to the rooms. The location is super convenient for me as everything i needed and wanted to get done was within 10 minutes of me walking out of my room. I like being able to prepare my own meals.

The only complaints I have are minor. Some of the rooms are very staticy and get zapped alot. (We stay here often which is why i say some rooms) and that if you arent on the top floor, you can hear everytime someone above flushes the toilet or has the shower running which is quite loud and a little bit annoying as it seems almost constant when you're spending alot of time in your room. The other thing is the garbages are so small. I know it seems weird but when you prepare a meal the teeny garbage doesn't hold much. So, we just bring garbage bags with us when we stay here.

Location was great to access to a variety of stores incl cabelas and outlets. Friendly staff. High end look, with reasonable pricing. Beds were super comfy. Full shower was nice. Was great to have use of the kitchenette and real wine glasses.

While cleaning main spaces was top notch hidden areas som could use some detail. Like the bathroom shower drain or tracks of the shower doors. Also all the windows in all areas are streaky. But surfaces- frequent touched spaces were highly sanitized and cleaned. Unfortunately- the room I booked depicted a walk-in shower and a soaker tub. It was just a shower. This really disappointing.

Always comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. We love staying here when visiting our kids in Winnipeg.

They really do everything well. The parking lot was a mess the first time we stayed there. We complained, and they fixed it immediately. They are very responsive.

my only complaint would be about the bar area in the lobby and it’s hours…on Monday we were told it was closed due to bartender calling in sick and on Tuesday we were told the bar is open Thur-Saturday…different answers, so we just went next door for dinner and a drink to the Eats and Entertainment establishment
