didnt eat breakfast but the restaurant food was really good and the macaroons!

We stayed for three night always came in to make bed, take garbage and refill the towels but the shampoo nor body soap dispensers was refilled the whole time there so that was a let down. Also while swimming in the pool one of the staff kept coming in to vacuum the water on the floor i get it may be safety reasons but it was a lot and hard to hear with it going and trying to watch my kids swim he was go around my feet 6 times and i felt i was in the way so that was not such a great experince.

Beautiful hotel! I stayed here on a little getaway with my daughter. It came highly recommended by my cousin, because I was looking for a hotel with a pool. This hotel went way above my expectations. Very clean and location was great. Within walking distance to shops, etc on main street. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the lounge area in the pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was great too. Nothing negative to say at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing to write home about. It was buffet style with standard scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The location was ideal for the event we were in Moncton for , less than 100 yds from Hotel.

Very disappointed in the fact that my Genius discount was not applied even after sending at least two messages asking why. Will be booking a month of stays in April/ May for an overseas trip. Seriously looking at alternative booking sites if promotion benefits cannot be honoured.

The bed is very comfortable Love that you provide soaps and shampoos. Our stay was unexpected so this was great. love the fridge in the room and the coffee machine.

The room wasn't as clean as the first time I stayed at this facility but it was acceptable. It just was exceptional the first time I stayed so by comparison it wasn't as good but cleaning around the rim of the sink more might be given more attention.

The place is very homey & clean. Some of the staffs are accomodating. The pool is a little bit smaller than in the pictures advertised in the website. I like the laundry area as it is 24hrs, you can toss your wet swimwears after swimming at any time. and the gym too is awesome. 😍

I asked the staff if i can borrow a small table to put our foods on it in the room but there’s none😕 It would have been a score of 10 if my request was accomodated.

Pet friendly Close to Avenir Centre

Security should pass throughout the night. There was a party till 430 am. Very loud, yelling, slamming doors. We didn't sleep. That is not the hotel's fault. But security should be passing to assure all is quiet throughout the night. When I told front desk upon checkout, I was told it's to be expected. I also expected to have a quiet peaceful night's sleep after paying $350.00 for a hotel room.

We were surprised that for such a large faclilty, the hotel did not have womens toiletries (pads) on hand. We called early morning to ask and front desk said they do not carry them. Even to purchase. We had to wait until we could find a business that was open, which was inconvenient. Paid parking. Every hotel we have stayed at has offered parking within their price. Paid parking was not advertised. The pool was not maintained as well as we expected. When we walked in, the floor was flooded. Shortly after there was a group of teens that were using the floor to run and slide on, which put others in danger of getting hurt in trying to pass them. There was no staff around to report this and there were many small children around.

The staff were all friendly, The breakfast was great, the hotel was so clean in your room and throughout the hotel, the staff were friendly, had conversations with you, they always all had a happy face on and said hello how are you. The breakfast was great anything you would want to eat to begin your day with.

Loved how u have a pool and nice gym! But I wish the price was a bit lower but we got what we paid for! Definitely nice people, also right down town.

The neighborhood was a bit creepy at night. And I don’t like how breakfast isn’t included in the price, we had to pay $15 a person and it wasn’t even good food. Also I didn’t know parking was not included so it cost me more then I budget for. Also sucks I don’t get the 30% back until later on

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Our room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very large, with a nice shower. The hotel is downtown, although on the opposite side of many bars and restaurants, but would be ideal if you were seeing a show at the Avenir centre (we weren't).

The hotel pool is lacklustre; it is shallow, cold and the towels were not well stocked when we were there. We also happened to get there at the same time as a busy family, but that is not the fault of the hotel.
