Motel 6-Moncton, NB

Fri we arrived on site at 1pm and hanine was working ( very nice young man) so he checked to see if we could get in early..... looks boom yep 111 was avail so we paid and talk to him for abit Sat we went for a walk and when we came back both of our cards did not work to open the door(red) So we walked to lobby didn't catch this young man's name but he was very nice and helpful So we told him our cards wouldn't work so then said ok should be good Walked back nope Went to try again on door a second time We started to walk back and the young man came out to help us Sun check out hanine is working again We paid cash for our stay and deposit so we had to wait a few mins for the guy to go check room and give an ok We love your hotel , we find the pressure of your water not very powerful but all good Also location is amazing there is a few things in walking distance also a restaurant on site Never been to it yet Love the beds But I know it says no smoking and people do anyways but would amazing to have chairs outside

There should be 4 pillows on the bed as someone always has to have one Also I think you should maybe hand out a pen I had a call and no pen

Staff at the front desk was excellent and efficient! Rooms were clean room 122, other than a dirty towel left under the bed by someone. Location was perfect, quiet and comfy Breakfast staff was great! Food was fresh and basi but good options, maybe some gluten free bread or bagel or cereal options:) and juices on ice would be tastier:)

We ordered room service waited over and hour and called...they said it was ready and someone would bring it right down It was freezing cold so I called. They said sorry I asked how long our food sat there, she said it just finished, there is no way...it seemed as if it sat there ready for at least 30 min as it was cold and hard:( They offered nothing but an apology. Unfortunate.

The room was spacious and clean and mostly comfortable. The room was equipped with a fridge and a microwave, which is great. We had a great experience with the staff, they were friendly and polite. The breakfast was toast, pastries, croissants, cereals, and yogurts plus juice and hot drinks but it was good enough for me. They also serve coffee and tea all day with cookies, which I think is great for the guests. The motel is in a great location. I recommend it for a short stay or a stopover.

The blankets were a little thin so would have been better with a comforter or at least extra blankets in the room and at least two pillows per person. The tap was a little wobbly in our room.

Room was clean and spacious and there was a bathtub. There was also a coin operated washer and dryer. (though only one machine for the whole buliding) and the room had a fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was toast/cereal/baked goods. None of the hot foods you tend to see in hotel breakfasts. No coffee maker in the room, but they had free coffee at the front desk so that was a fair facimile.

Modern contemporary furnishings, quiet room, comfortable & clean, bed was great! BIG TV! Nice to have a fridge and microwave available. The kitchenette style seating at a table was handy. Great location with easy access to restaurants and bus route. Staff was friendly and excellent, very polite and professional, making sure a pleasant stay was in store. Highly recommend this Motel. Thank You!

Everything was great, but the Wifi would tend to drop and reconnect occasionally. This was likely due to peak period activity when it was shared and used by many guests at the same time. Later in the evening it was much more reliable or stable, but my room was furthest from the street and possibly the router. Not a big deal, nor an uncommon occurrence in hotel settings. It did work though.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was very easy to find and navigate to other destinations. Great value for the stay.

The only complaint and it was minor. The A/C unit was rather loud. It sounded like a jet engine when it was running, but once the room cooled we could easily shut it off and the room stayed nice for quite some time.

Excellent, friendly check-in staff/easy check-in/love a motel where you can park right in front of your door:) perfect location: Riverview & Moncton, immaculate comfy clean room & bedding (king sz), great shower pressure, free cookies/hot drinks 24/7 at lobby, price, their Route 6 hotel bar food/ambiance, excellent waitress/music:) lots of towels. I hear they have a pool in summer, which is great for myself or people with kids. Love this place, look forward to going back there on a shopping trip. Champlain mall is beautiful, and handy to this perfect location.There was a nice table for eating with lots of wrapped plastic glasses. Bar fridge was clean and worked great.

Could use a few more places to hang things, or a bit more space to lay out makeup and hair toiletries to get ready. I don't recall if there was a dresser or mirror in the main bedroom, only slightly wide cubes for night stands on either side of the bed. That's where I set everything. There were some wide pegs with hangers for hanging things.

The man at reception was super helpful and welcoming. The washer and dryer were convenient and the laundry room was clean. Room was clean, roomy and bed was comfortable.

Took a while to get hot water in the bathroom sink and shower. Could use a cosmetic fix up. Some of the baseboards were coming detached.

When we checked in we were informed that free coffee and cookies were available. The cookies were like home cooked oatmeal with raisins. Soon after arrival it rained and it was obvious that the roof overhangs were designed so that one could unpack their car and go from any room to the office without getting wet. Breakfast was very good and consisted of cereal, croissants yogurt and of course coffee.

great location, very clean, wonderful staff, good water pressure in the shower. Obviously had been updated, decor was fresh.

there was a bit of ice in the morning outside the door when we were leaving (8am) but my partner mentioned it when we checked out and was told it would be taken care of, also an old lingering smoking smell I noticed when we first walked in the room, but I understand this is common with most older motels.
