Hyatt Place Moncton-Downtown

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious guest rooms with large windows, so very bright. Building is brand new and the lobby/breakfast area is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the location couldn't be better.

The price was a bit expensive for the value. I think charging for parking is a bit excessive given the cost of the room and the wide availability of parking in the lot. Also, the pool was very crowded with kids all day, so we didn't get to swim. It would be nice if the hours were extended so other people could get a chance to use the pool.

Excellent location, easily walkable in downtown Moncton. Parking is not free, but next to the hotel. My partner said he had the best drip coffee in a hotel breakfast ever. Good choice of food. The pool area is simple and relaxing. We has the pool to ourselves for an hour. The beds are very comfy (a little soft for my personal taste, but good for one night).

Only small things, not crazy about paying for parking when the room rate is already high. The shower head in the room didn't spray enough to rinse off quickly - but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. This will be the place i stay when i go to Moncton from now on. I loved that they had a hot breakfast for free. It was close to everything.

The parking was a bit annoying. You have to pay for your parking at the hotel which wasnt to big of a deal, except there was an event at a different venue which used the hotel for parking. We left for dinner and were not able to park at the hotel even though we paid for it because they "rented" out spots to non hotel guests.

Excellent. The serving staff for breakfast were exceptional. Fast efficient friendly, kind and accommodating. I was impressed at the speed at which they wren able to accommodate such a large number of guests.

The greeting at the reception desk was accommodating with much informative information. I make only one suggestion. The gentleman who completed our check in was kind, excellent with informing as to the services that awaited us. He was excellent and should be commended. However I would make the recommendation he have his long, not so clean, hand nails cut ; or have them professionally manicured or even daily cleaned with a brush and nail polish applied.

This property was amazing. Very modern and clean, and very close to Main Street where there are plenty of trendy and tasty restaurants available. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms themselves were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and new. The breakfast in the morning was incredible with tons of options, with some variety from one morning to the next. Food was restocked quickly so you were never waiting for anything. The saltwater pool was bright and clean with lots of space.

Other than having to pay 13$/day for parking, there really isn’t anything bad to say about this hotel.

Very clean, extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was decent for a buffet style continental. The lounge areas are really beautiful and comfortable and the attached restaurant was amazing. We also really enjoyed the pool. Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. A+++

Nothing..maybe the pool could have been bigger and include a hot tub, not a big deal really.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is directly across the street from the Avenir Centre and an easy walk to restaurants and shops on Main Street, as well as the lovely riverfront walking path. We received a free upgrade with our reservation to a superior king room. It was clean and well laid out. Loved the shower and the large screen TV with seating area. I thought the hot breakfast buffet was good and it was replenished regularly. The area was very clean and the seating area was particularly nice with lots of windows and an outdoor patio. The staff were also very friendly. There is an Italian restaurant onsite that we did not visit on this occasion, nor did we use the pool, but I would like to on my next stay at this hotel when I visit Moncton again.

I can't say there was anything that I didn't particularly like.

Great location, the staff were super friendly. It was probably their busiest weekend of the summer (YQM country music fest) and you’d never know it! Everything was great and the staff were always smiling. We were there for 3 nights and had the cleaning staff check up on us everyday amazing!!The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of different options.

Front desk was so friendly, check-in was super fast. Front desk called shortly after checking in to ask if my room was acceptable. Complimentary hot breakfast. Wi-fi was okay. Pool was great, Location is fantastic, right next door to the Avenir Centre, as well as many restaurants nearby.

The only thing that could have made it a better stay would be if there was hot tub inside the hotel.

The room is clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with many choices. The location is perfect, only few minutes walking to restaurants. The pool is great for kids to play.

The AC in the room is noisy when running. The back of the hotel is near the train track, may hear the noise at night.
