Immediately you walk into the hotel there is a whiff of an awesome scent and then the room has the same scent - it so wonderful to walk into a hotel, or any accommodations for that matter, that smells so good! The Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and I love the wet room with a nice big bathtub and great shower! The kettle is an added bonus. I do wish that the sofa was larger - a sectional and coffee table would be nice. Also, a place (other than a fancy glass) to put toothbrushes.

Better coffee and coffee machine in the room! I didn't realize how noisy the area was, especially on a Saturday night. The outside noise is really audible in the room - if you are a light sleeper, earplugs are a must.

location is perfect for downtown area. cleanliness is top notch. bed comfortable, check in was fast & friendly! washroom amenities were fabulous loved the balcony for relaxing

pillows uncomfortable, parking should be included in price. at one point there wasn’t even parking available in parking lot and I parked else wear, but didn’t make a big deal of it cause I didn’t realize it was extra for parking….

We were in town for the Atlantic Nationals, and the Tapestry by Hilton is located perfectly downtown within walking distance to some awesome cars and the concert on Friday night. AC was awesome because the heat in the downtown core reached 34 degrees. Nice comfy bed - amazing facilities.

I just can't find one thing that I didn't like. Everything was amazing.

Loved the vibe of the entire place. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious! Loved the welcome text after I got to the room and using that as a means to communicate. Love the art, the music and how quiet the rooms were!

We weren't provided any information about the nearby attractions within the hotel....the restaurant, the cafe etc. Had to figure it out on your own. There was nothing in the room to refer to either. A little brochure with some info and hours of operation of these locations would have been awesome!

It is my favourite hotel to stay at in New Brunswick by far, the facilities are top tier, very clean and unique, I have stayed here multiple times and have had a fabulous experience every single time. Our room was gorgeous, it had a balcony and a beautiful view of the city, it is close to various amenities like pumphouse brewing!

The property was located conveniently for our stay. The activities we had planned were all down town Moncton so it was great to be able to park our car and walk everywhere we needed to be. The property was interestingly decorated, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was my favorite part, the products in the shower smell so good, if you could buy them at the hotel I would have bought every single one!

I wish there was a complimentary breakfast, and free parking as the cost should have reflected those items. My room wasn’t ready upon posted check in time so I had to wait and then I wasn’t entirely happy with the cleanliness of the room, there was left over food in the fridge from the last visitors and dust on some items.

We liked the excellent central location, close to restaurants and shopping. Rooftop bar. Gahan’s Bar & Grill offered specialty beers and great food.

Breakfast wasn’t included. $18/day parking.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Palette rooftop has a beautiful view, waitstaff were friendly and knew their stuff. Rooms are a good size, very clean and all the amenities we would require.

Not one thing could have been better. Perfect stay.

The front desk staff were friendly and personable. The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was well appointed with lots of nice toiletries. The hotel was located close to the river-so had a couple of lovely, early morning walks

We like everything about the place and the location was pretty much close to everything we needed. It’s a clean hotel, lovely staff and amazing rooftop patio! We will definitely come back again in the future.
