BEST WESTERN PLUS Saint John Hotel & Suites

One of the things that I really liked about this hotel was the fact that there was always fresh, free coffee available in the lobby. It was a nice touch and definitely helped to start the day off right. The rooms have been recently renovated, and I must say, they are extremely comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the overall ambiance of the room was very inviting. It was clear that the hotel had put in some effort to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the included breakfast was decent, one thing to note is that the hotel tends to get busy, especially when it's fully booked. This can make the breakfast area quite crowded, and it may take some time to find a table. However, given that the hotel is often in high demand, it's not surprising that it can get a little busy at times.

I would suggest adding another waffle maker as a suggestion. Other than that, I found the hotel to be a great value and a comfortable place to rest during your long journey.

The location was great! There is a sitting area in the grass outsde the hotel which allowed us to have our coffee in fresh summer air. The Breakfast is a hot breakfast with everything you could want. The facilities were all clean. We even did laundry and that went well as well. It is across the street from Walmart, Marshalls, Dollarama and the most concentrated place with restaurants. and Coffee. You can also open a part of the window for fresh air. Staff was great and helpful.

I liked everything. Will stay there everytime I come to Saint John.

loved the breakfast options ,great start to the day my daughter and I enjoyed the waffles,coffee and for me hot chocolate.very friendly staff ,and very clean and well kept up..will tell others about the service and value for the money..keep up the great work ..the pool was warm and inviting

did not like the use of plastic on Sunday,we know it is a busy day,however we have concerns for the environment ..the food remained the same great spred the staff here were very friendly and kept all tidy and clean

I had two small children, and it was just myself traveling with them. They put us in the first room away from the desk which was awesome because I didn't have to travel far with all our stuff! Breakfast options were typical of what I'd expect, and the waffle maker worked great! Indoor pool was cloudy but the temperature was nice and warm. Room was huge which was a welcome surprise, but I was surprised to not have any rugs/carpet; it was all tile floor and I worried my kids' voices would echo, so hopefully we didn't bother any neighbors!

Not much that I didn't like, except the pool could have been a little more clear, but I'd happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

It is encouraging to find the consistent quality you expect in a Best Western property. This property was no exception.

Breakfast was as expected but one person in charge of the kitchen found it challenging to keep all items available all the time. This was a holiday weekend and the hotel was full or nearly full.

Very nice staff. The rooms are spacious. A/C works great. Clean rooms. TV channels are good. Good and working washroom. Breakfast is good. Parking was ample and easy. Great location for fundy trail parkway and other attractions. Great location for food and shopping. Good service. Humble and friendly staff.

They did not give me the $20 per night travel card nor did I get any BW reward points because I booked through bookings.com. Breakfast was good but not enough choices for vegetarians. The lighting in the room is very dim and gloomy. No bedside tables on the other side of the beds. The sofa had some stains.

The property was very clean and the staff was great.

The bed was not comfortable, I could not sleep. I had asked to be put in a quiet area. there were very few ppl in the entire hotel staying the night. They put someone right next door to us, I could hear everything he was saying like he was in our room, the walls are paper thin. The breakfast (although free) the food tasted fake. maybe they should offer less options but better quality. Eggs & sausage did not taste like eggs and sausage, especially the eggs.

it was really quite if compare to most of hotels within the same price range, noise insulation is really good at this hotel, the bed was comfortable and breakfast exceeded our expectations, opportunity to cook waffles yourself is not something you can meet often. We were very pleased so we chose this hotel again the next city we stopped in (Woodstock) on our way back home to Ontario

Lots of space in room and renovated rooms with wood flooring. Nice rooms! Great place to stay

The A/C had a hard time working while we were there. Never shuts off and doesnt get as cold. Lots of noise when we were there, teens running in the hallways that you can clearly hear!

The downtown (or uptown as they call it) was nice to explore. Great restaurants, great craft beer and good food. Our favorite place was Britt's Pub and eatery. The craft bee was really good and so was the food!

Our hotel was in the suburbs, surrounded by large retail chain stores. Although quiet at night, not much of a view.
