Breakfast was great. I only got to have breakfast on the day I was checking out. The event I attended started very early and the kitchen opened at the time when I had to leave. The hotel was close to my activity and also to some very nice attractions (Reversing Falls, Irving Nature Park). The staff were helpful and professional.
The carpeting was older and felt a little damp. It was acceptable but I did notice. Overall, the stay was fine and I would use this hotel again.

The hotel was much better than I expected and the room was spacious with two TVs and good internet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even if the place is a little out the main streets, you have a gas station and a couple of places where you can buy food. The gym is not big but has enough if you want to do some cardio.
The breakfast was included but unfortunately was not the best. Overall the experience was great, and If we return to the city, it would be our option to stay.

-The stuff are nice -Good COVID protection procedure, like they pack breakfast separately and provide mask and cleaning wrap.
- Fan machine noise: Fan machine in the room making noises during the night even it's totally unplugged without electricity. Not sure if the machine needs maintain or the noise made by the machine was caused by the rain from the night we stayed. - Different price: We saw the price informed by booking is different with what we were actually charged, I'm not sure if it's caused by miscommunication , there was a lady indicating that she updated the room for us, I thought it's an update without extra charge, but maybe I mis- listened and it's about $12 higher than what we saw on booking.com. Not a big deal since we actually got a bigger room.

Family vacation and we loved, loved, LOVED the staff and location. We could not have chosen better. Also really appreciated the breakfast, which certainly saved us from needing to head out early each morning. Five stars! Staff behind the desk and housekeeping (Nancy) were so friendly and helpful.
Building and furnishings look a little tired and ready for a refresh, and probably due to the place being filled each night . But it’s minor and not holding us back from considering same location for next year!!

Well located, ten minute drive into town. Room was tidy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate and accessible. Staff were friendly. Overall, a perfectly nice stay.
Everything was fine. We were a bit warm due to visiting in August with no AC, but not overwhelmingly so. All in all a totally fine, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

Room was ground level which for my husband and I who are older (he is 79) was perfect. They were accommodating with our dog. Very quiet. Not a lot of noise.
Because of our age bathroom was the only thing lacking. We needed accessible bathroom and bathroom did not work.

My rental car got keyed the first night that I arrived ,need security and or more light that was the only thing .and the breakfast could have been better didn’t have cooked sausage etc it was all pre packaged liked the breakfast on last trip

I like that they serve bkfst at 7am...I will stay here now...as the hotel I used to stay at "econolodge" Did not serve til 8am. And one has to be at the ferry by 8am. So ...that doesn't work.
Please stop using the super strong smelling cleaning products in the lobby!! Overwhelmed...

The breakfast was fine- lots to eat and coffee hot and juice cold- room was clean and ready for visitors- bed was comfortable- all in all a very nice place to stay. Clerk at front desk was very kind and helpful.
