From stepping into the front door, we were enchanted. The property is very attractive and after we left today, my husband commented that we had failed to take a picture. The face of the property Suzanne, a truly delightful woman whose bubbly demeanor was very welcome after a long drive. Suzzane knows the property and the wonderful seaport of Falmouth. Our room, #6, was pretty much what we had hoped for. Cheerful and good sized, with a comfy bed and a co &mplete bathroom. The B & B is well situated in the town. There is a salon on the property in case you require a "manni pedi". We enjoyed our "hot breakfast" each morning. Once outside, where we met the nicest couple, who shared some great recommended travel tips, and once indoors in the lovely breakfast room. The fact that our eggs were scrambled perfectly was not lost on us. You will enjoy your stay at the B&B or the adjacent motel.

From the beginning, it felt as though there is too much furniture in the room. I may need to be rearranged or perhaps the scale is not quite right. Not a big deal, but a an artist, I wanted to fix it.

Staff was amazing, front desk lady was even better! She made us feel welcomed and anwsered every question we had. The area is local and easy access to convience stores and fast food, room was more than we had hoped for. 1min walk to a lake view, smoking area was very clean. Food was good we upgraded to hot breakfast which i recommend.

My daughter wanted ketchup with her eggs for breakfast but they didnt have any. We didnt get to choose our type of eggs either everyone got scrambled eggs.

We loved our room - clean and spacious. We appreciated the hot breakfast both mornings we were there. It was delicious with generous portions of eggs and bacon (bacon enough for both of us and several pieces for our dog!).

Some street noise from our room which was closer to the road. Other than that, it was a wonderful room and stay!

The breakfast was delicious. It was served to the table. All items were fresh, hot, and well cooked. The Inn is inviting, and very comfortable (the exception follows). The location is ideal if traveling on the CAT, which is less than a 15 minute drive.

The bathrooms are, without a doubt, the smallest I have ever been in. The shower is so small that I even had to bend down to have the water hit the top of my head, and I am only 5'4" tall! All-in-all, our stay was enjoyable.

The staff is superior! I always wanted to try a bed and breakfast. The room was beautiful, very clean. Lovely scenery along lake.

.Breakfast was a disappointment since they didn't serve a hot breakfast ( one of the reasons i chose this location). The room was very small and cramped. I called and asked if restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and was told yes. Two restaurants nearby. Shopping a mile to 3 miles away. Downtown full service hotels for me next time.

The location was perfect: walking distance to a real Acadian restaurant which served the most delicious rappie pie (rapure) and very close to Yarmouth activities such as the lighthouse trail and the museum and ferry terminal. It is across Main St from a nice lake that connects to the harbor. The staff helped me by baking a frozen rappie pie, so twice I got to eat real Acadian food, not available in other parts of the province.

Location was good. A continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff in the office were very friendly and helpful. Met our expectations and good value for the price.

The rooms are a little old and out-of-date. The shower didn't work very well and it was hard to adjust the water temperature. Disappointed that the washbasin was outside the actual bathroom, although behind a partition.

I loved the layout and the fact it truly felt at home. The staff were truly hospitable and very friendly! Both ladies were exceptional and never hesitated to answer any questions I had with the best possible answers they could provide.

The only thing I have to say about this absolutely gorgeous room was the fact of the hot water took a while to adjust and the heat took a little bit to kick in. Otherwise it was an amazing stay!

We couldn't get connected to WIFI although we tried several times getting help from the person in the office. It just wouldn't connect. Also, I really wanted a bath and the stopper thing didn't work so I couldn't.

Nicely done older motel with good parking and comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast was included and a hot breakfast was available for an additional price. The room had a ceiling fan which we liked.

No hairdryer! The beds have wooden frames which I hit with my shins on several occasions. A bit of padding would be nice.
