Very nice staff, very clean room and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The pool was great and very nice! It is in a great location as well.

Felt a bit rushed by the breakfast staff which is understandable when it was close to closing. But it was not a big deal. That is it:)

I was informed that I would get a disability room when I phoned to confirm my reservation. My Uncle is in a wheelchair. When we arrived I was told that both disability rooms were on long term use. The front desk person accommodated my Uncle and I with a 2 double beds with wheelchair accessible washroom. This resulted in my Mom and sister being assigned a new room as well on a different floor. Somehow their with room was booked as a King bed only but I was told on booking they were to have a 2 queen beds. I understand this may have been done to keep us in close rooms on same floor.

I would have liked to been told that you only have 2 disability rooms ie.( wheelchair accessible shower). To arrive for check-in and be told that they are not available leaves very little options when you have a disabled family member. My Uncle and I were happy with the accommodations, but we would've of appreciated being more up front upon booking rooms for a disabled family member.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms had all of the amenities you needed. It was very clean and the breakfast was hearty.

The rooms were a bit cramped, but I did like all of the amenities you needed.

The kids loved the pool and afternoon cookies. we loved the breakfast and all day coffee and it was nice to have a mini kitchen in the room. we were also very happy we could bring our dog and how pet friendly the property and staff were.

The location is convenient to visit PEC. Very clean. Well isolated (zero noise).

The room isn't that spacious. Breakfast was a bit too basic (eggs, sausages) The cost doesn't match the quality of the place.

The location is great, right next door to the Casino. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by as well. Town of Belleville is beautiful.

I assumed there would be a bit more selection for breakfast..

The hotel is beautiful, excellent showers, clean, and in a quietication. Staff very helpful!

I was distressed upon arrival at the hotel to learn that because I booked through booking.com my room cost me significantly more than the rate posted on their website. I thought I was getting the posted rate of $179 for a single one bed room. After a discussion with the clerk, she took $20 off and my total came to$269 with taxes. I will not be using booking.com again!!!!

Great accommodations, clean and excellent service. Very nice facilities.

Suggestion: put a mirror and a small self outside the bathroom. With 3 woman, we needed a second mirror outside of the bathroom to do makeup and hair, while the other is in the bathroom.

Staff was over the top a d the room are excellent. Kitchen, lots of space. We we're 4 including 2 small children so the kitchen was very useful! Breakfast in morning is perfect good variety and the staff was just truly amazing.

Everything. Clean, modern, spacious room. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Friendly staff. Huge private (due to Covid19) swimming pool. Even the location is great: next to Casino, close to the lake. I am only sorry we stayed there just one night :-)
