Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale

The pool water and the salt/chemicals in the water absolutely ruined my hair and destroyed my boyfriend's beard. I have tried to save my hair with masks and conditioner, but it is just not getting any better. I am trying my best to not have to cut off. I am absolutely devastated. My hair goes half way down my back and is now almost shoulder length due to it breaking off, it is beyond frizzy and now won't dry completely. We had to shave my boyfriend's beard completely off, as we shaved it, it came off in one piece. The hairs all shriveled and matted together, even with lots of products and gentle combing. Please put up some kind of notice to guests, the water WILL absolutely destroy your hair.

The waterslide was a big hit, and the main reason why we chose this property. The other reason was that it was close to the Park'N'Fly and the Pearson Airport. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge. The staff was prompt, professional, and friendly during check-in; there were no issues. Thank you!

There were a few bandages laying around the pool deck and stairs to the waterslide. This area could have been cleaner. If I could ask for one thing that this hotel didn't have, it would've been some kind of breakfast to-go option. We had a very early flight to catch, so dining in the restaurant wasn't an option. A to-go bag with breakfast items would have been a nice convenient option to eat on route to the airport or prior to security. Thanks.

The kids had a great time in the pool and on the slide. The room and the indemnities were as expected for a Hilton hotel. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Biggest complaint was the way you had to connect to the internet. A very tacky way to make you join the Hilton Club unless you scroll to the bottom of the page (which many don't). Also, using a small screen, it is easy to accidentally click on the premium internet at an additional cost. Also, the breakfast charge is very high and no mention of young children's rate.

Pay for parking? Why? It's Mississauga not Tokyo 🤔🙄 This was simple cash grab and totally unnecessary and really caught me off guard. I stay at over 30 hotels per year. That was very surprising for me. Like why not charge for me for extra soap while at it! No USB port in the room but you have and RCA jack? Show's the brains in this place. Take one day parking money and give a dam usb port man. You deserve to be called out on cash grab if you cant put a USB port in the room.

Room nice a suggestion is when family of four it should have more towels etc… we had no Kleenex I think the rooms need better dusting the vent in particular and bathroom fans far too dusty top of headboard as well my other suggestion was chairs for balcony upon request I understand it may be a safety issue but would be nice to have. Staff was very accommodating and friendly very nice too see.

Rooms throughly dusted more garbage cans and supplies. The restaurant down stairs didn’t offer much kid wise.

The girl at the front desk was exceptional when I needed help with a personal problem and all staff were friendly and courteous. We ended up at this hotel as we missed our flight connection and had no luggage or personal items with us. The fellow that checked us in was very helpful in providing tooth brushes etc for us. One young lady even helped me order an Uber in the morning when we left for the airport. The friendly staff was a godsend when we were stranded in Toronto.

I loved the fact when I need anything with in the facility it was accommodated the staff was excellent especially LISA & THE MANAGER AT THE TIME I CANT REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHE WAS GREAT I do recommend anyone does go to this Hotel as for LISA SHE HELPED ALOT 💯👌🏿

I had put in a request & it was not acknowledged until LISA & THE MANAGER AT THE TIME SEEN IT but they did handle the situation ASAP so really no complaints 👍🏿

Corner King Room was nice and big! Bathroom shower was clean and spacious. The Linen and mattress were great! Outdoor pool area very beautiful with trees. Water slide great time for kids

The Balcony was way too small a person to stand North tower 7th floor No City view though room details included that. Check inn was taking way too long.

The pool and slide was amazing. The temperature was perfect and my kids had the best time

Paying for parking. When you’re paying $300 per night for a hotel your parking should be included. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice as well. $19 a plate is pretty pricey when other hotels in the same price range offer full breakfast for free

This is our 2nd stay over the winter break and we returned because it was such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for families. Again, we had a lovely time and appreciated the front desk staff who was always ready with a smile and kind word. As the mom of kids with special needs, that really means a lot! The pool is always a blast with the warm temperature!
