friendly staff, excellent room ,furniture, service. good breakfast

difficult system for accessing our room and building using the entry security card. the card has not worked several times. outside access doors to the building were not accessible after 11:00 pm using the access card. were not told about this before hand and spent 15 minutes trying to access entry to the building but failed. ice machine on second floor leaking water to the ground for two days . No printed information available about hotel services .

Good size room, good facilities, nice and clean property, away from all noise and distractions, new furniture and interior, laundry facilities, nice sized swimming pool and lots of available parking spaces are few to mention. The property has a good location, which makes it easy to access highways and other parts of the city. Staff has knowledge of the whereabouts of the city, and I found them very helpful in all aspects.

The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was clean. Overall, I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were fairly priced for the service we received.

The breakfast was an attempt at best. I believed there could have been more breakfast meat options. The temperature of the food was luke warm a few degrees from cold. there needed to be more towels and some toiletries in our room. Needs brighter lighting.

Front desk staff was phenomenal. They were super accommodating and answered any and all questions that we had during our stay. Front desk 10/10

The breakfast was not clearly labels as to how to obtain the breakfast vouchers or how to pay in the restaurant. The staff did not greet us or say anything to us until we were already sitting down and eating.

Room is big, bed was very comfortable, the chair in the room is a great addition and good use of the space, the view was great in room 508, i think is even better in rooms beside me (509.... and so on) It's a very bright room, I liked it so much, the reception was so kind and friendly all of them actually, they let me check in at 12 pm, it was the best thing that made every thing is great.

I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately the hotel rate has gone crazy high, now it's higher 130$ per night!! without taxes, so that's the only downside i can report.

The Breakfast was good. The Staff was also very kind and helpful. The Room was clean and had a good size.

I wasn’t pleased with the way we were treated when we checked in. The Gentleman’s English wasn’t that good and it took him a long time to figure things out and get us checked in. In my opinion, the hotel would be better off with someone else. The Roomcards and Elevators stopped working. They got the issue resolved within a short period of time though.

Superb Location wise, New and well mainted property, we stayed here second time in last 10 months and we still have the same opinion that it is a nice place to stay. Kids enjoy a lot in the pool. Very kind and helpful staff.

I dropped the tv remote bhind head board found another tv remote bhind and there was a pair of dirty underwear there also told man at front desk and showed him picture and all he said was o ok will tell cleaning people i said no discount all he gave me was10% off

great location, close to the airport

the bar and restaurant were closed, not a major deal as there are options within easy walking distance. In addition, although there was laundry facilities where you could do your own laundry, the hotel was not offering any dry cleaning facilities

The room was clean and tidy. The furniture was modern and updated. The unit is bright with warm colors. I was satisfied with the overall experience.

I think there weren't enough garbage bins in the unit and it would be great for some tray and disposable cutlery.
