This hotel is very clean and well maintained; there was ample parking, the parking lot itself was well lit and provided easy access to both cross streets. I especially liked the location being just minutes from the 403, mere minutes from the airport and had a wide variety of places to eat within walking distance. I must say something about the staff who were all pleasant, polite and very attentive. I can't say enough about this hotel, the place rocks. This is going to be my go to hotel of choice anytime I'm in or around Toronto.

The TV channels are absolute crap but that's not anything I would hold against the hotel, simply connect your streaming device of choice to the wifi, plug it into the tv and you're good to go. Also, hotel itself doesn't look like much when you first lay eyes on it, it lacks curb appeal, but that all changes once you set foot inside.

Super clean and freshly Remodeled, staff was fantastic. Breakfast had some hot options which was nice, eggs, potatoes, beans, oatmeal and pancakes along with the usual toast, muffins, fruit etc. Shower was fantastic with lots of water pressure. Beds were comfy but we only had doubles so they were small. Big TV in the room, smaller room but had everything we needed.

The elevator was the absolute slowest on the planet and crazy small and noisy. The room was pretty dark, not alot of lights which was hard when the sun went down and early in the morning when we had to get up early for our flight.

The room was great for I needed - a little time for work, and some time for relaxing. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating - I was able to check in a bit early as I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected, and got a late checkout so I didn't have as long of a stay at the airport before departure. And the breakfast hit the spot!! The continental breakfast was better than what most places offer!

The elevator may be the slowest elevator in Canada. I took the stairs after using the elevator once. The only other real downside is the hotel is located a bit further away from most train stations so you need to take a bus to get to them but even that is simple as the bus stops were all within a half block of the hotel.

My stay at the Inn was truly enjoyable. Nestled in a fantastic location, it was surrounded by a handful of fast food restaurants and a convenient Starbucks, though it was a bit disappointing that the latter closed at 9 pm. Nevertheless, the proximity to such amenities made it convenient for quick bites and morning coffee runs. Another highlight was the Square One Mall, just a mere 10-minute drive away, providing ample shopping and entertainment options. overall positive experience of my stay.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained and well-lit. The room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. I didn't partake in breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

There's a couple things of note: there were no luggage carts, so lug your own bags; the check-in desk is right beside the breakfast nook (weird) and it's tiny in the corner; groups of men gathered in parking lot to smoke and drink; and the entrance is very narrow - taxi dropping off a passenger blocked me from leaving the parking lot. Hotel sign on building is missing lettering and other signage not as visible from intersection.

Clean and tidy and very comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Place was spotless and there was an Indian restaurant just over the road where we had a super meal in the evening.

There was a bit of noise in the early hours but that was to be expected because the hotel is in an area of industry. It didn’t really bother us - although someone in an adjacent room was making an early morning call and didn’t seem to mind sharing what she had to say with us! Put that down to thin walls.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I found the location to be very convenient and very close the locations were my appointments were.

The breakfast area could have been better. I found the tables to be in a public area in front of the reception area. It would be nice to have more privacy while eating. Also the lighting in the room was dark and there was no way to increase it. To resolve the problem by placing more lights or lamps in the rooms.

The hotel is 10 mins away from Toronto Airport, diatance is excellent for unplanned stays due to flights cancellation etc. The bed and pillows are "perfectly comfortable" Vishal did quick check-in procedure. Breakfast are homey, was way good, and the Filipina lady was accommodating. Plus the pancake was yummy! ;)

Recommendation to offer options on security deposit. Right now the available is a credit card, I recommend to vabe cash deposit option as well.

The hotel is well situated with eating places nearby, Friendly staff, room very clean and tidy with ample charging points. The bed was huge and comfortable, large tv, fridge, free WiFi. The breakfast was fine (pancakes were not available on 2 days during my stay). Would have liked a bit more wardrobe space but appreciated there was an ironing board and good iron already in the room. Microwave was available to use in the corridor so was able to bring in food, access to free ice vending machine a plus. Excellent air conditioning unit in the room and throughout the building.

Although this is more of a budget hotel it is clean and comfortable. Our room had a huge king bed, very comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. Breakfast was included and included hot and cold options. The area for the breakfast was managed by an excellent staff member, named Sheila. She was very helpful and pleasant and kept the entire area very clean, which was most appreciated. Great location. 15 minutes from airport. Great value.
