Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Newer facility. Staff wonderful. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the dining area for breakfast. Wonderful staff there too. Appreciated having several trash containers in the room instead of just a small one I the bathroom!

Pool was colder than needed to be. Would have liked to have had an extra blanket available in the room. There is no bathroom exhaust fan. Bathroom needs to have a night light. If you use it in the middle of the night, your only choice is a very bright light or complete darkness. Thank goodness there are two grab bars in the tub. The tub floor was very very slippery. No-slip strips should be installed or a mat at least. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Having free coffee available in the lobby all day would have been nice. Many hotels do this.

Clean. comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was not free like it was last year, so no comment as we didn't eat it. Coffee was available in the lobby. It was great. There is an area to purchase snacks and nice patio furniture to be outside. The restaurant is available to dine.

It would be nice if there was a way to know about the existing road construction happening at this hotel when we stayed. It meant there was a significant detour to get into the hotel. It just so happens that my foot is injured, so parking at Tim Hortons to walk over to learn how to drive into the property took time. Ends up, it was at least 1 km to enter the Hilton via the Holiday Inn Express after driving around a large block.

We loved the service during dinner with Barbara, dinner was delicious, the jacuzzi tub in our room was enjoyable and the staff were very welcoming with any questions.

We didn't enjoy the breakfast nor the service provided during breaking. We waited over 30 minutes for our food; were told the kitchen "made a mistake" and it would be another 10-15 minutes (the mistake was our order was placed at the bottom of the pile as told by our server). Our food was lukewarm at best; toast is a generous term, was pretty much given bread; sausages weren't the greatest either (again, not giving the sensation of cooked). Our server made no attempts to smooth over the service and it ruined what was an overall great experience.

Location near the Falls and Niagara on the lake. This was an overnight stop for us on way to the states so was perfectly situated near the roads we needed. The restaurant on site provided good value for money.

Only complaint was that a meal marked as gluten free on the menu contained a sauce which contained gluten. This was easily removed but had I not asked / clarified the gluten free status then this would have caused significant health issues for me. Other than this the stay was great.

The front staff are fabulous! The hotel is clean and beautiful. Loved everything about this hotel about 18 minutes from Niagara on the Lake .

I hate to complain but the younger servers in the Restaurant need training. We had to ask for everything during our 2 days having breakfast . Not all the staff needs retraining , We had a lovely older lady serve us on the Friday night for drinks and she was amazing . Judith is amazing .

It all went well. The food is excellent and so is the service. We used all the facilities this time and especially love the hot tub but wonder how to access the outside gazebo without climbing outdoor stairs to get back into the hotel. It makes a great little get away and so well located for shopping and touring. When we are done the highway is right there to get back home. This was our second time and I doubt will be our last, so convenient for us living in Toronto.

The staff was excellent, the room was spotless and the drive into Niagara On The Lake was peaceful, very green and quite appealing. We had no idea that NOTL was known for its wineries, and there are more than 100 to choose from. Have fun! :)

There was one snafu on our bill that could have been handled better by the hotel, but that did not impact the quality of our room, the exceptional hotel staff or the amenities offered within the hotel.

close to Hwy, nice landscape in back. lovely gardens, inviting lobby, doors don’t slam shut in rooms, nice lounging areas, great desk staff, great dining staff, lovely updated bathroom, nice pics in rooms, good size TV

put a light in the area of rooms where coffee machine is. room has lovely lighting but not for seeing properly. portions for breakfast was great, but quality of cook doing breakfast needs attention. would have returned it if I had to pay for it. pool on small side but nice.

The room was good for us, but the other amenities were even better. The outdoor bar sitting area was pleasant and relaxing, and the hot tub was a treat. The restaurant really impressed us with both the Greek salad and the teriyaki grilled veg sandwich - way to go!
