Howard Johnson by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Went specifically for the heart shaped tub. It did not disappoint. The lighting in the room was also amazing. And the bed was super soft. Great room for the price paid.

The room was clean and comfortable. We got such a good deal, I can't really complain. We needed a place to sleep on a budget while we explored Niagara and this place was fine. The room and bathroom were large and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are dated and simple and the breakfast is a basic continental (Apple, muffin, waffles, toast and oatmeal), but at least they offer a free breakfast. Parking was $10 a night (which is good for Niagara, but it annoys me that ANY hotel charges you extra to park your car after paying for the room).

I will preface this by saying that we often stay in Niagara. Sometimes in rooms that cost close to $200. We still often chose to stay here. It would be unfair to compare a $200 room to a less than $70 room. This place is clean, comfortable, the staff is excellent. Yes, it is old and a bit run down. But given that it is clean, comfortable and the staff is excellent, the value far exceeds the small cost.

The rooms were very clean and tidy the beds were comfortable to sleep in. The staff are very nice and friendly. Hemi is very accommodating he’s remember your name ever if you return for another visit. Super nice guy and friendly staff. We stay there every time we require a room for an event or visit to the falls highly recommend. Great value for the family trip.

Over all a nice stay. Breakfast can be improved by adding eggs, bagels and cream cheese. My jacuzzi was not working and I went to counter at 2:00. Am. The night customer service person gladly gave me option to move to another room after checking the jacuzzi and helped me a lot. Thanks a lot Will stay again. Perfect for family

Swimming pool can be cleaned better and water should be temperature controlled if possible

The staff was beyond accommodating, and ever so kind, you were always greeted with a genuine smile and any issue was addressed immediately and with ease, as I could not make a reservation last minute due to my car breaking down I called and explained what happened and that I still want to stay once I got my car fixed, he immediately said not a problem and said I would not be charged and to call back yo book once it was fixed. Needless to say I booked later that day. I highly recommend this place and I will be a returning customer for years to come.

excellent customer service; I arrived in the morning and a very kind man attended me and answered all my questions. The location is more than perfect, everything is super close; and the price of wonder. Definitely if I would return to this hotel; Very good experience, they made me feel at home being in Canada.

Hmmm .. I don't have anything to pick about, especially compared to all the places I've visited here, this hotel is from far my favorite :)

It was perfect for us. No frills, just a comfy bed and a hot shower 👍. The staff went above and beyond. They are a credit to the hotel and very helpful

It's a little way out but the bus stop is right outside and takes you right outside Niagara Falls. 20 minutes max 👍👍👍

Exceptional service right off the bat, we felt very welcomed and comfortable checking in. The gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with checking us in. This stay was in a great location, about 10 minute drive from Clifton. The room was very clean and would recommend it for short-term stays!
