We were heading back to the States after a two week trip to Rome and needed to stay about an hour from Toronto. We found your location to be ideal. We appreciated the easy access to the highway, to restaurants and to fuel. We booked and paid for the room well in advance and found that you were ready for us! The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional- she had our rooms ready to go - which was much appreciated after a nine hour flight and hour drive. We booked two rooms and found them very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our quick-stop pleasant and restful. We will stay again when back in the area. Thanks again.

Location of room to amenities was great. Snack Room, Laundry Room, Ice machine to the Reception Desk.

In order to lock the sliding glass door after I exited the room to the parking lot in the rear with my luggage or when I was leaving the room to visit family. I had to drive around to the front, go into the reception and back into my room to lock the exterior sliding glass door.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the fridge in our room and hot water/ coffee in the lobby.

The duvets didn't have duvet covers - I found this a little unusual, but it was a non-issue and more of a preference than a complaint.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, it was nicely air conditioned which helped me have a solid night's sleep, especially since it was extremely hot and humid outside. I liked that the room had a microwave and fridge so we could bring leftovers from dinner and make a breakfast out of it too. Reasonably priced and conveniently located right off the QEW.

There are limited breakfast and other food options at the motel due to COVID-19, which is understandable under the circumstances. But there is a restaurant adjacent to the motel which serves breakfast (which I never got to try).

Beyond control of owners but the view out window is undesirable, overlooking a stock yard of sorts. The adjoining restaurant was closed. Everything else was very satisfactory.

There was some sort of yuk on the shower curtain. I won't explain what it looked like but I washed it out just fine.

The location was central. We visitd friends in Virgil Tuesdaynight. A family member on Wednesday and then stayed with another family member in Niagara Falls on Wednesday and Thursday

The location was great. everything you could want for restaurants, grocery or shopping right there. we had 2 small dogs with us. only $10 per dog. other hotels charge $50! staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms are clean and the staff are nice and helpful. This is the second time I stayed in Comfort Inn. Only problem is it does not have breakfast facility. We had requested for Ground Floor Room and it was given to us.

The facility was a bit tired but exceptionally clean and well maintained. While the hotel is near a highway, we were never bothered by outside noise. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I was looking for a pet friendly hotel and this worked out perfectly!!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
