This is one of our favourite properties and we always stay here when we travel to this area. Everything is taken care of for the Hotel Guests and there is nothing not to like in this property. The Hotel Staff, are very accomodating and look after guests requests very energetically and promptly.

During our stay we found that the pillows were lumpy and would request the management to look into replacing these, as they are not comfortable to sleep. Housekeeping staff didnot clean beside the Aircon unit and we found some cobwebs there, which was upsetting for our son, but once housekeeping was informed they were quick to take action and clean the area.

I stayed for one night. The room was clean and I loved having a separate bedroom. There was a fridge and microwave and a welcome bottle of water. The bed was comfy. What more could I need?

Some hooks for coats would be nice. Also, how can a hotel in this day and age not have plugs next to the bed? The plug situation was really outdated overall. Only the desk and bathroom had plugs that were easy to reach.

Hot Breakfast was excellent and location of hotel very convenient. Room was clean and beds comfortable.

We booked a standard room with 2 queen beds, but were very disappointed that the room did NOT have a dresser or a closet or shelves or any hooks to hang or store clothes!! I reported our disappointment with front desk who said they would forward to management.

I stayed 4 nights in Thorold, and the hotel was perfect for a short-term stay. The hotel is very quiet with lots of privacy. The room and especially the bathroom is clean. The mattress is very comfy. I like their suite which is perfect for a family. The staffs are very friendly. Location is good - 15 minutes drive to St. Catherine and Niagara Falls.

Loved the room - great space and comfortable. Lots of great features. Heading was great. Big comfy beds. Room service was nice and good was great.

A couple things that we found odd. There was no FAN in the bathroom or nightlight. The bathroom got quite steamy after showering. In the kitchenette area there was no Light over the sink or counter making it quite dark.

Dinner was good considering the convenience and the waitress was very good. Location was very convenient. Bed was comfy.

Because the hotel has an open concept, when both doors opened in the lobby it was incredibly cold in the foyer, restaurant and in the hallways. We were so cold we ended up having dinner in our winter coats.

Not to far from the mall and outlet mall! Tim hortons and McDonald’s just Over the road within walking distance. Breakfast was great! Staff very friendly! Room was great!

Was not told the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner during labour day holiday and my phone wasn’t working in my room so couldn’t order food. They were not that bothered at the front desk either!

The suite layout was perfect. The location was also perfect. We could walk over to Canada Games Park.

You have to walk through people smoking and vaping to get from the parking lot to the main doors.

Wonderful staff. Nice room. VERY clean. Wifi signal was excellent. Parking was a breeze.

Overall, I was very impressed. What the hotel could improve on is having a better cable package, doing a detailed inspection of the rooms…my room had several missing or burnt light bulbs however, it wasn’t dark, just saying it would look better for presentation and finally, adding a wax or shine to the room floor; it would add a nice touch.

Our suite was good and the overall look of the hotel was plaisant.

Did not like the restaurant… Came across with two rude waitresses. An artificial smile doesn’t compensate the lack of positive attitude towards a client.
