It was located in a nice area of a not so nice area. It was close to area attractions. About five minutes driving to the falls. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Bathrooms are new and clean with all amenities including hair dryer. The kitchen provides equipment for cooking if you so wish to. Parking is in the back or on the street which is safe.

The owner is not on the property or nearby. Any questions or concerns falls to the housekeeper ( not property manager) who lives next door. She and her husband are super nice and accommodating. She and her husband helped me multiple times.

Rumman was great! The place very comfortable, and we met all kinds of new people. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was very good and all we needed! Thank you!

I do want to let you know that the bathroom floor in #2 is a little slippery. You may want to put a mat down that won't slide. It was not a problem for us, but don't want anyone to get hurt.

The check-in was super easy without problems and the room is really nice. have like a Skandinavien style. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. It’s close to downtown Niagara Falls just a 4-6 min. drive. a good stay for a visit a Niagara Falls.

There wasn’t really a Breakfast for a „Bed and Breakfast“ Hotel. Was a Little bit sad because we expect that instead of some fruits…. should mention this on the website that people know about is before they book!

breakfast. I was expecting something more than bananas, apples, and a couple cereal options. A coffee pot would be nice so more people could enjoy coffee in the morning instead of 7 of us waiting for the small press to complete. Also, we were asked not to touch the light switches but the living room was so dark in the evening, we couldn’t really sit there and talk to each other or play games.

Nice facilities and comfortable stay in the house. Parking was provided and the host was understanding and flexible. Roman did his best to accommodate our requests for an earlier check-in and we had a bit more time to check out as well.

Host was friendly and understanding. He let us keep the baggage for late checkout. Even helped us in finding popular things to do at Niagara

There was no thermostat in room to control temperature. I was feeling hot. Bed was not comfortable for me.

Good sized room. There’s plenty parking. Safety is good and the host was very nice. Kitchen is well equipped and the self help breakfast was well thought out. Nothing fancy but really liked it

No plugs next to bed.

The B&B was a really cute and comfortable place. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It is a 45min walk to the Niagara Falls state park, which is good if you like to stay slightly away from large crowds.

Nothing we didn't like. We were only surprised that most restaurants in Niagara Falls close by 8 or 9pm.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was very nice and had lots of amenities (floss, etc.), facilities were clean. Location was very convenient to Niagara Falls and was near several delicious restaurants.

Breakfast was self-service, mostly cold cereal/pop-tarts.

The room was immaculate! The guests were so nice. I really appreciated the snacks like the bananas and apples. I ate a couple because I missed breakfast due to the bed being so comfortable. Best sleep I’ve gotten on vacation in years!
