Close to Niagara Falls state park entrance. You literally can walk from hotel to entrance within minutes. It was very family friendly. The staff was wonderful. If you needed anything, they were quick to help! Love that they offered free breakfast and an Italian restaurant was attached to the hotel. However, we didn't get a chance to try it this time, but it was packed. Rooms were clean and stocked with all the essentials. Which is a MUST have, especially when you're arriving late at night (we got in our room and it was clean, so that made for an easy transition) Overall decent place to stay and reasonable pricing with some perks included!

If you choosing them for the pool might want to rethink it. It was ice cold in July, like were talking 60 since the room is only heated and the pool isn't. However if you do a lot of walking it feels great to soak your legs in it ha... seriously freezing my kids only jump in once to swim after they walk so much and were hot and they didn't stay in long...

Breakfast was great. The had a waffles maker, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee and oatmeal. The staff was very nice and helpful. They got us everything we needed immediately. Hotel had a inside pool which was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. Not to mention you are within walking distance to Niagra falls. Great stay!

I don't have one negative thing to say about this stay.

The room was a good size, bed was comfortable & everything was clean. It is walking distance to many attractions in the Falls. Water was hot with basic soaps and shampoos.

The parking lot is very small. The breakfast area is very small. No elevator (that I could see) so anyone with mobility issues may have a problem. Needs some touches of paint, little spackle and glue in some areas

the staff were very friendly they went out of their way to get you anything you need. The pool looked clean.

no elevator and our room was on the third floor.- but it was excellent exercise. The breakfast did look decent, for kids. it only runs to 9am. we arrived at 8:30 with our crew to very little options remaining and a very crowded breakfast area (standing room only remaining. The cleanliness of our room & bathroom were great, exactly what I was expecting for a value hotel. However, the main areas of the hallways could use some deep cleaning of corners etc for cob webs and such and the windows need cleaning outside bad-yo just give a better vibe about the hotel. The cobwebs we 100% noticed by my (3) kids and discussed.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, great location. Only thing negative is limited parking and very crowded in the breakfast area and breakfast selection was minimal. Took forever because everyone was making waffles. Oh and the juice machine was empty. But overall I’d return and I was satisfied with my decision to stay here.

Beds were uncomfortable and the Queen was more like a double

great location, i-house pool for the kids, in-house dining which served great meals and their staff was exceptional.

The need for patrons to have 'ask' for room services (posted sign in small lettering) should even be posed to a paying client. Either make it abundantly clear on the website, or place in large letters at the check-in desk. For travelers that have driven a long way or had a long flight, the last thing they want to do is have to read every sign and notice - we just want to get to our rooms and rest. When I go to a restaurant they don't ask if I want eating utensils, why would I need to 'ask' for my room services at any hotel?!?!

We rented this room because of the price and the extra twin bed which worked out wonderfully for my parents, my 2 kids, and I. The breakfast was light but did have bagels and a waffle maker which worked for us.

The sink was backing up and I was told it was just slow. It did drain but it was VERY slow.

This hotel is close to the falls and surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Niagara Falls State Park is within walking distance, and park shuttles can take you to the American Falls, Goat Island and the Maid of the Mist tour. Hotel restaurant has excellent Italian cuisine. The value is excellent for the location.

The hotel has an indoor pool but it is small. More than six people would be crowded.

The staff is friendly and kind also very helpful to someone who did not know the area and who is new to the city. Unlike other hotels this one was very quiet even outside was quite compared to where I live, honestly someone could of dropped a quarter from the other parking lot and you could of hear it. The stay was great and the price was good for everything I got to enjoy and some. Thank you and we will see you again.

Nothing I did not like.

Room was bright , clean and airy. All appliances were working fine but microwave was not available. Bathroom was clean , bed was good and room exceeded the expectation at this price point. Breakfast was good with fresh waffles and fruits.

Parking at night was a little challenging.
