This is the first B&B that we stayed at and exceeded all our expectations. We LOVED Katherine. She has so many stories of her own regarding the house and her energy level is wonderful. She is easy to reach if you need her. The breakfast was outstanding! There were so many delicious choices for breakfast from pastries to cereal. They were all placed on these beautiful antique dishes that were all set on the table. It was really nice joining other house guests for breakfast as well!

There was nothing we didn't like. Aaron's House was an amazing experience back in time. This house has so much character. Each room has its own story to tell. Loved our visit here!

Aaron House of Niagara Falls was wonderful and we stayed for 2 nights in September 2023. I loved the welcome wine and the 2 hidden bathrooms, one was upstairs and one was downstairs. The bathroom’s were shared which was fine and we ended up being the only people in the house on our second night. There were no breakfasts while we were there but there was a kitchen where we were able to cook which worked out great for us since I am on a restrictive diet. I was able to make breakfast for my husband 2 mornings and we ate on the terrace that was attached to our room. I loved our room which was very large with light blue colors which were bright and cheery. There was a tv with cable in the room.There was Wi-Fi in the room that worked well. Savannah gave our welcome tour when we arrived and she was very sweet and answered all of our questions. I would always want to stay here if I ever come back to Niagara Falls, NY as the house is marvelous.

I liked everything!

Staying at Aaron House was a wonderful experience - the way in which they have preserved a historical building is really exemplary and the fact that they have managed to provide all the comforts of modern life in such an old house is truly remarkable. We especially loved the way artefacts were displayed, described and the really delightful nooks and crannies one could discover in each room and learn so much too. It really is a living heritage site and the history they tell is very real, and very unlike other elite "heritage properties" with grand stories. Aaron house is quite lovely....Thank you and I hope we can visit again.

That we couldn't stay any longer!

not to be blunt, but the property was awesome. I like the location it was close to everything I liked it just everything about the property was awesome. I like being out on the front porch talking with Catherine and we liked being on back in the garden talking and just hanging around acting like family it was I had such a wonderful time. Actually we had such a wonderful time and we appreciate it and we will most definitely be back. Thank you.

I really can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about the property

The upstairs suite was beautiful and comfortable! I felt safe with the door code requirement for security purposes. The morning brunch was delicious and totally exceeded my expectations!

Not with the property so much but with the initial extended wait to be let in. I was frustrated by this Romario because I was warned of the repercussions if I didn’t arrive within the window I provided. I arrived exactly on time and had to wait for an unreasonable amount of time.

This house was everything I was expecting! This history is so neat. The location was great. It was just a short walk to the Falls and there were several restaurants near by. Unfortunately due to circumstances out of the staffs control, I was unable to experience the breakfast. I look forward to returning so that I can.

Katherine was exceptional and really made the experience special. She understands the significance of the home and fits right into the experience. Very knowledgeable and congenial. Nice!!

Renovation of home is in progress and neighborhood not to the same level quality of the home, But, easily walked great dinning nearby and easy walking access to the Falls and Mainstreet. Also, Katherine has purchased and is renovating home next door, so I would bet as time goes the home and the experience will continue to improve.

It is a civil war era house that has been rescued and beautifully furnished with period furniture

The location is not the best. There are many delapidated homes in the area. Hopefully there are enough people like our host that have a vision and rescue them.

This is one of the most unusual places we've stayed. It's so quirky, in a good way. The building itself is old and filled with magic. Rooms have numerous historical objects that are all interesting. If you like chain motels you'll hate this place. If you require a TV in your room you won't be happy. But if you enjoy an adventure and a surprise you'll be thrilled. It's clean, comfortable, and you'll feel as though you might be in a novel. It's also a easy and close walk to the Falls. We also had the breakfast, which was very nice as well.

Much of Niagara Falls is in a sad state of decay. Though the Falls are great, the surrounding city is not. The Aaron house is not in a beautiful neighborhood. It's a bit sketchy. I didn't feel unsafe there at all, but many of the nearby houses clearly aren't getting the love that the Aaron House is. Perhaps that's what makes this staying here such a reasonable price.

What a great little guest house. If you like history this place is for you. there is history everywhere you look and also hidden secret places. There are rules but there is nothing you wouldn't expect when staying in someones guest house. lovely place to stay, walking distance of the falls and Rainbow bridge (to Canada) 7/11 at the end of the road if you need anything. Host (Katherine) was lovely and very accommodating with changing dates because of Covid. Thank you Katherine
