The property was well located. It was about a 8 minute walk to the falls. There is a Casino across the street but I didn’t visit it so I can’t rate it. There was a tour company Grey Lines offering tours in the lobby. Sign up you won’t be sorry! Our room was beautiful and had a view of the city. You could see the mist of the falls from our room!

Most of the restaurants were super crowded so even though they were close it did us no good!

The location is very close to all the main attractions! The Niagra Falls themselves, are but a minute or two walk. The pool at the location is amazing! Seneca Casino is right across the street, and reachable by a corridor (tunnel), connecting the Hotel to the Casino! This location is a 🎯 I am very happy with this Hotel and I would recommend it!

As far as location for Niagra Falls? Nothing! It was a perfect spot!

Really liked the room/view and walking location to the falls! Loved the fact that it had Starbucks and rainforest cafe! Overall worth the money!

If I had to say anything.. first- doors are thin - can hear everything going outside the room but tolerable Also, one of the beds blankets (if held up to the light) had brown colored things inside it so my son slept without it and last- didn’t use that card they gave me and then charged an “amenities fee” for it ..

The bed was very comfortable, having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine was nice. And the staff was very accommodating.

Our bed linens weren’t as clean as they should have been. Two of our Pillowcases were very stained . There was no guide in our room as to description of hotel amenities, guide for tv channels, etc. The snack/ beverage area in the lobby was unmanned , which was annoying, since there is no restaurant/ bar on site, except the Rainbow Forest , which seems more suited to children. Other than these little annoyances, we really did enjoy our overnight stay.

The location of the hotel , easy to walk to the Niagara Falls park, food trucks, restaurants, and casino. The staff and common areas were nice, clean, and friendly. The pool was nice!

Our room on the 6th floor had bugs/flies from the window coming into our room.

The Hydro spa is gone and that is why we always stayed there. my mother in law can’t walk a lot so we would spend time in there. it’s still listed on the website and we paid extra to stay at this hotel and it was as not open.

Customer service at the front desk was excellent. Friendly and courteous. Donna made me a coffee at the front desk in the early morning hours when Starbucks was closed. The location to the falls is excellent, a 5 minute walk.

The lobby furniture was torn and old. The elevator door photos were vandalized and the elevators were dirty

Clean room was fantastic! Location was perfect for walking to activities. Appreciated the casino free tokens.

Free parking would have been appreciated. Faster checkout as we were standing in line to check in and check out.

Room was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and heavy comforter. The bathroom was modern and clean with great lighting. The hotel is within walking distance to the falls. We only had to walk 2 or 3 blocks.

The only thing I would say “went wrong” was the hair dryer didn’t work. I hadn’t brought my own because I planned on using the one provided so that was inconvenient but didn’t take away from all the positive things the room had to offer!

My bathroom pipes seemed to shake and make loud noises when people in other rooms used their own bathroom. Could hear a lot of service people on walkie talkies in halls all day
