The room was a good size, good beds, however with very thin walls. The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.

Very thin walls, we heard a person next room coughing all night and the following morning. We felt bad thinking that it was a very sick person there, but the cough was very disturbing. We were told to park in the back parking lot where there was absolutely no spot for our car. Upon calling the front desk, they directed us to a public garage nearby. We've got a prepaid ticket for it, so no extra cost for us, just the inconvenience to try to squeeze our car in and out the hotel's parking lot, very icy at that time too. I would have liked to be told upfront that we will have to park somewhere else.

Great price, location near the 401, a couple of restaurants nearby, and a bar next door. It was also nicely renovated a while back and still looks modern and is clean, espcially the upper levels. Nice bathroom, good security on the door, polite staff. Have stayed before and will again.

Rundown area for those who care about neighbourhood. We found the front staff are very attentive to who comes and goes. The clean beds seemed new but were a bit stiff for me compared with other hotels, and pillows were poor, I'll bring one of my own next time. If perfectly maintained corridors with no wear and tear are important to you, skip the ground floor.

I like that the room was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. Bed sheets were fresh and clean. We had a working AC and hot shower. Everything that is needed for good rest. Coffee for breakfast was good too. Hotel has free parking and 24 hours front desk which is super convenient. Overall good price/quality correlation.

The breakfast area looks sad. No windows or any decorations that could make it more cozy. Also food choices were poor. Elevator was a bit dirty.

the hotel parking lot is too small , it cannot accommodate many vehicules , arrive early if you want a spot behind the hotel , however if not the reception will give you a voucher for parking your vehicule at a nearby lot . Although free breakfast hours are from 6 to 9 am , do not expect to be provided with eggs , bacon and potatoes after say 8.30 am , be advised !

Room really clean for the price, quiet and the staff really friendly. I slept really well.

Shower was leaking but ok after few seconds. Electric outlet on the wall was not screwed but working. The parking is painful to park and to get out, really right when there is other cars all around.

Front desk staff were friendly. Halls and room smelled fresh. Bed was super comfy. Good value for the price, overall.

The room was in a slight state of disrepair: broken grate on air conditioner/heater, sink hole cover was missing, bathroom door didn't close all the way and there was mould on the shower caulking.

I love staying at this hotel when in town to visit family. Its very reasonably priced and located right downtown. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are also very helpful and were gracious enough to accommodate my request for an early check-in as well as a late checkout. The room itself was super clean and overall very comfortable. If you're looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Oshawa that has clean and comfortable rooms, a very helpful and accomodating staff then this is the place for you.

It was sparse, couldn't find hot water and it was only 7 45 am

Cleaning products staff used gave companion an allergic reaction Smell was overpowering, she coughed and sneezed for hours. Too much of a good thing can be disasterours on guests

The location was good for us.The room was clean .The front desk people were polite and helpful.

The food on our first breakfast was not plentiful and choices were very limited.The lady working there was very unfriendly.Our heater did not work but the front desk put in a plug in heater and it kept the room warm.

Staff was friendly welcoming and the neighborhood have everything the cable channel is good too been to higher class hotel in niagara and no channels to watch and had to rent a movie for $25 when u already paid so much to stay and plus paid parking.

The to go breakfast was a frozen wrap. They could have had someone make a fresh breakfast and hand it out in a container. The water was cold but I guess they had a broken pipe so thats y we weren't getting hot water to shower but other than that it was good.
