Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre Pembroke

The hotel was quiet and well located. Staff is very nice. Very clean and lots of parking. You could walk to anything you need.

The hours of the fitness centre and pool weren’t very convenient. It would be nice if they opened earlier and stayed open later. When I travel I like to get my fitness in well before 9:00 am. or have the opportunity to go later in the evening after I return from my day. I may not stay here again because I love to swim and booked the hotel based on those amenities. The hours are not good and I didn’t get to use the facilities based on my schedule and the hours.

Breakfast okay...basic offerings. Bed very comfortable...slept great.

Wish freezer part of fridge was larger. TV needed instructions...only able to view one or two channels...wouldn't change. Could easily hear people talking in hall and dog barking several doors down for short while. Maybe a binder with TV info and restaurant or local attractions would be helpful to have in the rooms.

I loved the pool and sauna it was beautiful Loved there was a breakfast but wish it was more hot food. The dinning area is beautiful and the room was beautiful and nice and quiet, clean, the hallways and walk in and everything else was very clean. I'd definitely go back staff at front desk was amazing

Room was clean but bathtub could of been cleaner, beds and pillows could be more comfortable, staff in hallways could be more nicer 🤔

Clean room and comfortable beds after a long drive. Friendly and very helpful staff. Room has everything you could want.

The bathroom fan did not work but that also occurred at another hotel we stayed at as well during our trip. There were three of us and we had to ask for additional towels and a paper cup as the room had only two of each. Not really a problem as the very friendly staff provided these when asked. Unfortunately the adjoining room had children who were noisy.

The front desk staff were amazing. I booked a pet friendly room but booking didn't relay that to the hotel. They gave me a room that isn't usually pet friendly. So that was very much appreciated after driving 5 hours to get there. So yes amazing front desk staff. Clean hotel, clean room. Facilities not open yet due to covid, sanitizer and masks everywhere were provided by hotel.

The beds in the room need to be replaced. The most uncomfortable beds I have ever tried to sleep on. They sag in the middle and bounce. Truly terrible beds.

The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It was very comfortable.

The restaurant was closed and I was hoping to not have to leave the hotel to get meals. The TV did not offer enough channels that did not have to be paid for. I would have preferred to have some actual creamers in the fridge for the coffee.

The room was very spacious and clean, breakfast included was decent and convenient.

The room ceiling was very patchy, rooms definitely need a few renovations. The tub stopper didn’t work and the jets in soaker tub didn’t work either.

Lacking finishing touches on cleaning, could still see dry water spots on countertops as if it wasn't swiped clean Floor joints missing (bathroom), as a consequence leaves a cavity opened. It would of been ok if the cavity was cleaned but we could see the dirt.

Pam the front desk clerk was PHENOMENAL! My granddaughter got V.I.P treatment from her, as did we. Excellent service from Pam. Thank you so much

Nothing really.... maybe just a few more breakfast options? Croissants, toast, bagels cream cheese? But the waffles were super!!

The brown paper bag breakfast option was a little better than I expected except for the muffins. It would have been much better if they used some local restaurants/caterers to prepare these items.

The breakfast should be prepared locally. Some of the wrapped/sealed items were pretty good but others like the muffins were horrible/tasteless.
