Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Huron, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was spacious, modernized, and had nice amenities. The location was nicely out of the way from water street, yet perfectly located for access to the city or freeway. The view of the old Port Huron Marina is pretty awesome. The front desk manager Neal was absolutely awesome. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great stay made fantastic by the service we recieved.

I think breakfast should go till 10 rather than 9 30.

Stay 3 days seeing family. On 2nd day we traded rooms for view of river out the back. That room was great, view was great. Yes, I would rent there again.

Had a 3 day stay. First night Wife found a lot of small blood stains on inside of comforter on bed. I took it to check in. I showed the lady that it was obvious if housecleaning as just looking. We received a new clean one.

The rooms are wonderful. The beds are extremely comfortable and the water is so soft it feels like cotton.

The only area that I would recommend that they improve is to keep the floor on the 3rd floor cleaner. My room was on the 3rd floor and the first thing I noticed when I got off the elevator was how dirty and stained the carpet was, which was very surprising.

Very accommodating when I requested an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Neil/Neal was very friendly during my check-in. Pretty quiet room across from the pool. People one floor up were noisy, but I think you're going to have that in any hotel. Other than that, I had a pretty nice experience and will stay again with any future visits to Port Huron.

I wanted to see the river view yet maybe they didn’t get that request.. I hope I didn’t pay for the view if I only saw the parking lot…..

The breakfast was nice, I was looking forward to scrambled eggs but was only offered boiled eggs. The rest of the breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again if the need arises.

It was clean, smelled clean and had a good, hot breakfast.

They need to make sure the shampoo and conditioner bottles hanging in the shower are filled. I had just enough shampoo for myself and if my guest would have been staying there wouldn’t have been any for them to use.

We stay at this hotel each time we are in town visiting family. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, warm breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Location right off the interstate makes it easy to get anywhere in the area.

I liked how there was clean rooms, staff was great. The view was amazing. The food was great as well!

I didn't like bookings.com. When you say you take Discover and Visa, you probably should take them.

Super clean all around, spacious beautiful room with a view. Very quiet and peaceful, sleep was no problem at all. The entire staff was happy, helpful, and genuinely polite.

I couldn't find a single negative thing to say here.
