Bed was Amazing, The Pool was good, although quite cold. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. The staff were nice and exceeded expectations

So they did say pet friendly, but didn't treat them that well. We can't leave a dog in a hotel room alone. and as for the breakfast. there was a decent amount of food, but they ran out quite quickly and couldn't fill back up either. and finally, the cleanliness of some of the rooms were horrible. the bathroom of the first room we stayed in was in bad shape. there were feces on the wall, tiles were cracked and the shower was clogged and taking a shower would end up in the bathroom nearly being flooded.

The front desk staff were quite proffessional and friendly.

I was shocked how disrespectful some of the people staying in the hotel and damages of the rooms and halls, making noise all night. Not the hotels fault, but disrespectful clients. My family and I have been staying overnights for years, and find that the staff are doing their best with the tools they have, but unreal how some people think this hotel is theirs to do what they want and destroy property that does not belong to them. A suggestion of notes to all customers to respect the property or a deposit of a certain amount to secure property damages....

Staff were professional, pleasant, polite, courteous, helpful, kind. My room was quiet, recently updated with comfortable bed, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Every morning the continental breakfast had great variety and there was more than enough for everyone.

Short Staffed. But those that chose to work went way beyond the call of duty and were never too busy to answer my questions and help in any way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. In need of repairs and upgrading.

Room was clean, reasonable size, comforable. Staff were friendly, even getting ice for us (guests not permitted to get their own).

Do not like adjoining rooms…soundproofing leaves something to be desired. Downtown location can be awkward, especially during the city’s rush hour commute. (Not something the hotel has any control over)

The room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and the building was in a good location.

The free breakfast is in a tiny room and was basically coffee and cereal. You get your breakfast and then have to find a place to eat it as the room itself is too small with no tables or chairs.

Reception 24/7

The bed linens were not changed prior my stay, probably for several nights before even. Bread crumbs on linens, below cover sheet, and strongly wrinkled sheets. Printer for bill worked only after 15 minutes of trying as computer down, at 3am

Furniture not good to old sofa not clean

The location and was the cheapest rate on booking. com

It’s getting old has an odour in the rooms like musty

The breakfast was great, the room was nice a little disappointed with no pool

That the people upstairs were foot heavy it was a little noisy
