Staff were accommodating with my request for a quiet floor, we had 2 rooms and were given rooms that were side by side. Room was very comfortable, and quiet, large and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

There were two large stains on the carpet from something being spilled and I felt they could have been cleaned easily and didn't need to be there.

My only real complaint is the pillows. They are all overfilled with chopped foam which is hard to get comfortable on. Poor sleep and a stiff neck greets you in the morning. I should have complained and gotten a better pillow. There was road construction out front which continued until midnight. That's not their fault but all in all it wasn't the sleep I was hoping for.

It was easy to find and convenient to travel further on west . Staff was friendly and helpful . The supper at restaurant was delicious, I had the meatloaf and loved it . Hotel was quiet during the night , no kids running the hallway .

We spent a 10 day stay there, after the original hotel we booked fell far below our expectations. We stayed one night because we arrived late at night, but immediately checked out the following morning and booked the remaining days of our stay at Victoria Inn. Although it was a last minute booking we were given a cosy poolside room. Our time spent there was heaven. We made good use of the hot tub, and found that sitting on deck just outside of our room people watching and enjoying the ambiant relaxed atmosphere with excellent covid safety protocols in place that also made us feel safe was all and more than we could have asked for. I have no complaints and can truthfully say from now on, it is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting Thunder Bay in future. Many many thanks to the entire staff for excellent above and beyond customer service.

Our vacation ended and we had to leave or we would still be there and now have to wait until next summer. :-)

Bring a fan if you have a pool side room., can get pretty humid in there. Luckily the staff accommodated us with one with no hesitation.

The rooms were very tidy and kids enjoyed the pool very much.

The air conditioning unit was making awful noise that forced us to spend the night without any cooling.

The staff were exceptional. They did not hesitate to change my room and accommodate my need to stay an extra night. The location was central and the rooms were quiet.

The hotel was very busy and it seemed that the staff were overworked. I think the room could have been a little cleaner ( hair and stains on the bedsheets). I was able to get new bedsheets upon request.

The staff were friendly and helpful, room amenities like fridge and microwave worked well. The pool was great and we were happy to see that all 4 parts were open. Free WiFi worked very well.

One of the beds in our room was definitely past it's prime. The carpet could use a deep cleaning.
