Check in staff were welcoming and prompt with the voucher for the taxi ( to get from the airport we were told to take a taxi which the hotel paid for). The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was the usual American hotel chain fare...cereal, waffles, muffins etc but it was replenished frequency and there was plenty of room to sit. We were heading back to the airport and were given another taxi voucher to pay the fare. It was quite a distance from the airport so the taxi provision was a godsend.

There was no lift so we had to haul luggage up two flights of stairs. Maybe if we'd known we might have contacted the hotel in advance to ask for a ground floor room (we were offered help with our luggage though), but we managed ok. Taxi queue at the airport was long, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel!

The breakfast was good…the hours could be a little longer.

They state in their description that they have an airport shuttle, but that is not accurate. You have to take a cab, and they only pay so much toward it. It was a bit confusing when we got to the airport, causing unnecessary stress as we tried to find our way in an unfamiliar place. It worked out fine, but I felt that this was a bit misleading. We were tired from travelling all day and didn’t need the added frustration.

The airport - hotel transfer, due to bad communication, I was told to take taxi of certain company, but there was extremely few taxi of that company, almost 3 hours after the first call (my flight arrived at 3:40pm, I called around 4:15pm) finally I arrived at the hotel (7:15pm) because in the very last phone call (6:45pm) the hotel told me that any taxi works, why didn’t tell me so in the first time ?

This is a good Central West Island location. It was EASY to check-in and check-out. There was ample parking. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable, with a good variety.

Suggest getting down on the early side for breakfast. When we were there, it was really crowded and hard to move around in, but that was because there was a big tour group all eating at the same time. I think under normal circumstances it wouldn't be an issue.

Wonderful hotel conveniently located by the highway. There are a lot of restaurants and a large shopping centre within a very short drive of the hotel. The two gents at the reception desk offered a warm welcome and didn’t hesitate to speak English when they realized one of us didn’t speak French. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was fairly quiet considering it was sold out. The room and the bathroom were well appointed and clean. It was nice to see that they had resumed offering breakfast in the dining room. There are not a lot of tables, as is often the case, but we made it there before the rush and were able to secure one. The breakfast included a variety of food options with really good coffee! I would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel!

We were super happy to get a room on the first floor as these offered large patio doors. It was unfortunate, however, that the doors were extremely hard to open and didn’t glide well at all on their tracks!

Breakfast was not up to the mark The breakfast buffet had a very less food variety Hotel management shall consider adding some more options in the breakfast menu

The staff were very nice and helpful ! The room was clean and comfortable ! The location was perfect for where we wanted to go and wanted to see ! The last two years we meet up with old friends ….hopefully will do the same next year …and stay in the same place !

The ice machine is on the second floor and it was not working .

Staff were friendly and very helpful. I had a heavy bag and someone offered to help me carry it up the stairs. There was plenty of tea and coffee available and there were good choices for breakfast.

There is no elevator. I have some minor mobility issues, but not enough to require an accessible room. I will check for that in the future.

The staff were super friendly. The bed was excellent. This was the best night's sleep I have ever had at an airport hotel. They offer a free taxi transfer service. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel next time I need a stopover hotel in Montreal near the airport

The breakfast was lacking in taste and variety. Omelette and sausage is a Canadian staple but is as worthwhile as a cardboard canoe and less worth eating. Canadian hotel breakfasts are the worst in the world.

Staff were most helpful. Matt was great. Room was very comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast adequate enough to set you for the day. Bonus was free transfer to airport.

Confusion re the two Comfort Inn. Arrived late in evening. Took Taxi to Comfort Inn closer to Airport. Said it happens all the time.
