Breakfast was delicious particularly the omelette station. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. We would recommend again to anyone particularly families.

Room for improvement could be extending breakfast hours a little later, better specialty coffee as the cappuccino wasn't good per one of the family members traveling with me, and the coffee brand in the self-serve coffee carafe could be better as it wasn't the best taste- maybe Starbucks or Tim Horton coffee going forward.

little pricey

Our flight was canceled and the only good thing that happened was our stay! The staff was amazing! We had been stuck at the airport for almost 24 hours and the woman (I didn't get her name) who checked us in waved the early check-in fee for us! We were so exhausted, especially our 3 girls, and that allowed us to rest sooner!

Nothing

The first thing that struck me was how tastefully the room was designed and furnished. Very modern feel and it smelled new. While the whole room was not very large, i liked the door separation between the "bedroom" and "living room" area. Bed was very comfortable, and room had everything i needed. Great view!

The only strange thing was the slight noise coming from the air vent somewhere in the dresser area, between the bathroom and bedroom. Highway traffic noise was very faint, but i was on the top floor.

The staff was really professional and courteous.

Rooms are not cleaned unless you inform them to clean them. It's just like going at a restaurant and if you don't inform them to cook your food, you just pay and nothing happens. This is really ridiculous.

The suite style hotel room is roomy and comfortable. The property is well decorated, brightly lit and open concept. Did not feel cluttered. The breakfast was included and option of continental buffet and an egg station. Quality was very good.

I liked everything

Rooms are big, clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a good shower. Staff are brilliant cannot compliment them enough for the service they provided. Breakfast was excellent. Lovely omelet and a nice range of options. Airport shuttle was an absolute bonus. Thank you for looking after us.

The ceiling in our washroom had an area where the paint was blistered. Also it is good we requested a room away from the highway as it is noisy.

Good, staff was very welcoming and helpful. Layout was as good as any other buffet breakfast. Omlet was great.

For 4 adults in a room, insufficient glasses and coffee and tea was given. No plates to use.

Very spacious room. Surprisingly comfortable pull out sofa. Very nice looking room. The mirror in the bathroom has a neat nightlight feature. There is also a nice soft light feature above the beds. The staff was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was difficult to get out of the parking lot. The breakfast could have been better, there was no butter for the toast and only whole grain cheerios for cereal which wasn't great for the kids. The bathroom needed a few repairs - there were no hooks for towels (the hardware for the hooks was on the wall), the piece that hides the hardware for the bar in the tub wasn't in place. The tv was in an awkward place for watching from anywhere.
