We had a great stay. When we 1st checked out our room it was not cleaned. But Lise at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Not only did she give us the best room at the Hotel she was so kind. My French is not to good, she was just amazing. Made us feel so welcome. We will be back to visit another time. My French will be much better, she inspired me to learn French. 👍

Although close to the highway this location is quite. Very busy but after closing the door to the room it was very peaceful. The staff are exceptional almost to the point Of fussing over you. We enjoyed a breakfast where again staff could not do enough to make sure we had everything needed. We used this location at the beginning of our vacation and it was our last place before arriving home. Both times were excellent and cannot say enough about the service. Keep up the good work

There is nothing to report about what we did not like. From checking in to checking out everything was good.

Everything from check-in to check out was great. We particularly enjoyed our time in the breakfast room as the attendant was very friendly and so attentive to everyone's needs. She was really good with two small children...joining in their singsong. She also has a great sense of humour and wonderful attitude. I am sorry I did not learn her name.

The bathroom, sink and counter were clean however there could be a little more attention to general dusting such as the baseboards, ans some other surfaces were quite dusty.

Convenient location for a road trip stop. Many amenities nearby.

The toilet could be seen from the bed with no door for privacy....there where hinges for a "door" but no door. The air conditioner started dripping water into the room like someone turned a faucet on. Had to turn the AC off for a bit. Turned it back on at a higger temp but it was a little warm for us. Admittedly both my wife and I line it really cool though. I would stay here again though.

The bed was so comfortable and the room clean. I usually don't sleep well when we're travelling but the bed and pillows were so comfy. Breakfast was good. The added bonus was that Hotel/Motel Drummond was only a couple minutes off the main highway. Also, it was very hot outside but the a/c worked beautifully.

We had no complaints except maybe the wifi kept cutting out and the tv didn't seem to work but we didn't complain so we didn't expect it to be fixed. We were tired and ready for sleep.

Easy access off the highway. Spacious and quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Pet friendly-nice that the floors are laminate versus carpet for this reason.

Had contacted the hotel more than 48 hours in advance of arrival asking for a lower level room due to recent hip surgery and was disappointed they did not respond to us. When we arrived to Check-in we had a upper level room and they were fully booked. Unfortunately, there are no elevators onsite.

The reception and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly! This place I noticed has got many bad reviews and I don't understand why..we stayed in the St Valentine suite and it was very clean, comfy bed etcetera! I recommend and will be staying here again!

Location. It was clean and a great bed. The little bar was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was a pleasant surprise escape from a storm (literally).

The waffle machine in the breakfast room was broken. Not the end of the world.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and quite modern. The carpet was stained but can be expected as you are walking in from outside, and I don't sleep on the floor anyway. The bed was comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. There was a microwave and coffee maker ( but with coffee mate for cream, not my favorite) and fridge, all very useful.

The T.V. only has one channel but they include a DVD player, of course you have to have DVDs or pay for them. That is a downer, I would have preferred a Netflix channel or Cable. The "Breakfast" is basically a muffin and a coffee. So it works when you're in a hurry, but it could have been better.

The customer service was top-notch. Lise was very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel. She was friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

I wasn't able to park close to my room as the hotel was booked solid, however I was still able to find a spot to park so it wasn't a big issue.
