After many many hours of travelling with our dog, we were grumpy, exhausted and hungry to say the least. Once we arrived we were greeted by Marie-Josee. Marie-Josee exceeded our expectations and was everything we needed after 11 hours of travelling. She was kind, welcoming, and helpful. She provided us with a brief introduction to the amendities, offered a helping hand with our luggage, ensured we were staying on the main floor near an exit, laughed and exchanged stories about her dog with us. We immediately felt at home after meeting Marie-Josee. She did everything and more than what was expected of her. Marie-Josee should be highlighted for the exceptional employee she is. It looked like a newly built facility. Rooms were great design with Natural light big windows. 2 screens in the room . Good breakfast. Staff was also friendly.

Noticed some clear cost savings. No room cleaning until 3 nights and had to ask for body wash soap which was missing in the washroom. Also need to get new towels your self when you need them as cleaning is done after 3 nights. This is not a big deal though, however considering this price closed to 375$ a night at the time of my stay this service should be included.

Hotel is a newer construction, it is clean and rooms are comfortable. Breakfast area was roomy, options were plentiful and it was well lit and kept very clean.

My room although it had a nice view, was a little noisy due to poor insulation on the AC unit, allowing the sounds of the nearby highway to be heard in the room.

The hotel is close to main roads - still quiet. The room was spacious, perfectly clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, including freshly made pancakes.

The only improvement could be more hangers for towels (and wet swimsuits after using the pool) in the bathroom.

I enjoyed the service and the location the hotel was in, proximity to local grocery stores and huge parking space. Staffs were available when I needed and spoke very good English too. Also, the staffs were understanding when I needed more time to pack during check-out times. Breakfast didn't offer a variety of choices, but bacon was very crispy and yummy.

The cleaning staffs came too early like 8 AM when the check out wasn't until 11:00 AM. I hope they keep the check-out times so the sleep isn't disturbed. I had the 'Do not disturb' tag on the door, but they came in regardless. Choice for breakfast stayed the same for the next day and not a lot of choices for fruits.

We stopped at this hotel for one night on our way back home from a family vacation. The hotel is located near the highway, which was convenient. The hotel and our room were very very clean! Also, the receptionist was extremely professional and helpful.

We have a three year old that loves pools. For the one night stay, we were only allowed to book one time slot of 30 mins to use the pool even though only 3 or 4 other guests booked the gym/pool facility on the same day. It would have been nice to have had the chance to use the pool more.

Well, it was a quick visit to Trois Rivieres but I found the hotel very well located, clean and quiet. Very Comfy I would have loved to try the restaurant for diner but Covid wise it was closed. The breakfast was good and generous.

The access road and the multitude of turn around.... a little talk with the road designer was overlooked here !

Loved that everything was soooo clean, with COVID happening I felt and could see that extra cleaning was happening and I Thankyou so much.The check in was also fast and the staff was so polite. Thank again.

There is nothing I didn’t like even the breakfast was good,I have been to many other hotels and they hand you a brown bad filled with only carbs which is a waste of money,the sit up at the hotel was great ,we picked what we wanted then went back to our room .Thankyou

The breakfast while adequate was rather tasteless and the cooked part was only luke warm ,the rest of the menu was good and varied.The coffee was hot and plentiful.

As mentioned above the hot part of breakfast was lukewarm and tasteless.
