We’ve stayed in many budget hotels on vacation this summer and this far exceeded my expectations. Check-in was seamless. The room was spotless. There is a door between the bedroom and living room so we could put our kids to bed and stay up a little later, unlike most hotel rooms. It also made the bedroom darker, so we all slept better. The bathroom was in the front part, so I didn’t wake the kids up when I got up to take a shower. The property had green space with chairs to sit in the garden area.

The air conditioner was in the front part of the room, so when we closed the doors, it got a little stuffy.

It was a perfect overnight stop on drive through Troos Rivieres. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were exceptionally clean and fairly quiet. Dog friendly was a nice bonus (additional but fair/small fee to add a pet). The large grassy area outside the motel was perfect to run a car-weary dog. All staff were very helpful, friendly, and bilingual.

The TV channels didn't work, but this wasn't a big problem and may have been user error.

We were thankful that we were allowed to have our 2 well behaved family dogs stay with us so it was perfect being on the ground floor with a walkout for them and for us to access our vehicle. Outside everyone’s door and just across the driveway is a large lovely well maintained relaxing grassed park area with places to sit including a nice 4 person covered garden swing. The location of this property is well situated with just a short walk to a nearby mall. The staff were so friendly and accommodating even though we can hardly speak any French. I loved how the room was set up with a separate sleeping area and we left a small item behind and actually got a call after we left to let us know. Breakfast was very nicely done in their comfortable well spaced cafe. We’re glad and thankful to have found this memorable gem.

Staff was nice, room was very comfortable and spacious. Nice touches throughout. It seems like some one cares enough to try, which is refreshing at hotels these days.

The place was nice and along side of route 138 but far enough that you couldn't hear the traffic. There were garden roking chairs and picnic tables. And we were 15 minutes away from downtown Trois-Rivières.

We loved that the bedroom and living room were separate as we were travelling with a baby. We only checked in to sleep after travelling but the breakfast was good and the room was clean. We would stay again.

Super friendly staff. Nice sized room/suite. Accommodating simple free breakfast.

The room was heavily smelling of cleaner which for many is a big positive, however we are very sensitive to scents so had to do everything we could to air out the room.

Price for returning in a few days on weekend would be hiked up, and it was already more than I wanted to pay.

All contact with staff was great. A smiling most helpful receptionist who quickly changed our room to space us from some young possibly noisy guests (not at our request). The breakfast was served by a lovely lady who was happy to correct my poor French. Smiling Manager/Owner? and cleaning staff. Slept well.

For the hair dryer to be working but I'm sure this would have been remedied if I had asked

We had a nice overnight stay. Staff were friendly and spoke English well! Facilities were mostly clean and very comfortable.

For a family room, there were not enough towels. We had to ask for more from the front desk. The leather sofa in our room was very dusty! It was clean on the front surfaces but the back was quite built up with dust :( the sofa bed also did not have a sheet and there were no spare sheets in the room.
