Hôtel Quality Suites Drummondville

Staff was very friendly and ensured we got a room type we needed to accommodate a wheelchair. Layout was great! Bed was huge and had a self guided sample demonstration of spa type music and massage type motions. Also, room had a large Murphy bed. Room included microwave, fridge, sink and a table with 2 chairs. Staff even included a shower chair to make it easier for guest who was using a wheelchair!

We had an adjoining room which we didn't know. When we entered the room the first time we were trying to open all the doors to see what was behind them. The other guest were very rude. Maybe there should be a sign on that door to advise it is an adjoining room. Or advise guests when they check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the bed…..oh the bed! We were pleasantly surprised with a king sized that played soothing ocean waves and vibrated for a calming and deep sleep. The kids were happy on the queen sized Murphy bed. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. We were just staying one night and hopping back on the highway so the location was perfect. Right off the highway. I 100% highly recommend.

From check-in to our departure everything was superb. Unfortunately the pool was not operational. After spending so many hours in a car we look forward to relaxing and working out our weary bones..HaHa

No pool but had to be repaired. Connecting room..the people in the other room trying to open the door.

The property was nice and clean. The staff were all nice. Breakfast was awesome. And the room we had was much nicer than expected. W also really liked that there was no carpet in the room. We have lots of allergies and it made our stay much better.

The only thing we would’ve liked to see is an extra vending machine or two. We got there in the middle of the night and didn’t want to bother the staff for such things.

The fact I could close the double doors between my bed and my husband's bed to block out his snoring was extraordinary and much appreciated on this road trip north. The mattress/pillows comfy, blackout shades great, breakfast great, and what a sweet little town to stroll around in, with wonderful food offered in its many interesting restaurants, magnificent sunset in the park.

No improvements necessary!

The suite we chose was a great size for our family and had everything we needed! My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was fantastic compared to other places we stayed in the past. The location just off the highway made it easy to find and worked well for our mid road trip stop!

Hotel is close to Highway 20 (Trans-Canada highway) so ideal for an overnight when travelling. It also accepts dogs and has a good size pool. The breakfast is good.

Besides breakfast, there are no restaurants at the hotel and limited options nearby (except some fast food).

Just past the eastbound Montreal traffic, I happened to find this absolutely fabulous hotel!? Absolutely everything is worth the slightly higher price! The modern rooms are well laid out , the staff so accomodating and, the breakfast fantabulous, I'll go out of my way to stay there again!

This was the second stay in a month came back the second time because of the fabulous breakfast and spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Really liked the vinyl flooring instead of carpet as my wife has many allergies and carpet can’t be cleaned as well.
