Comfort Inn Levis

the staff was very pleasant. The rooms were big and comfortable. We were three guests in the room but it didn't feel small or cramped. The breakfast was great as well for the price that we paid. We weren't expecting a huge spread but what was served was more than enough. The bed was comfortable and the pull out was good. We asked if we could take our cycles to the room and the staff were willing to accommodate our request.

I didn't see an elevator here so it was a challenge taking our bikes up and down the stairs. People with mobility limitations may have issues. It could be that I didn't see the elevator so we took the stairs each time. I would advise people to check before booking OR to book rooms at the ground level.

It was a fantastic experience from the time I booked, until the time I left. It was last minute, traveling from New Brunswick to Ontario. The weather was not the greatest for driving at night. I booked just before midnight, and showed up between 12:00am and 12:30am. The staff was excellent, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spotless, ready, and very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff once again were very friendly and helpful. Check out was simple and easy. The family I traveled with, feels the same way I do. I would definitely go back and would recommend this location!!

There is nothing I didn't like.

The Comfort Inn at Levis was ideal for our stop overnight en route to NB and Nova Scotia. Many thanks to Samuel in Reception who was friendly and helpful. His Restaurant reco opposite was ideal too. Our room and ensuite were very clean, with a comfy bed/pillows. Great breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

Perfect location close to the highway after a long day of travel. Didn't hear a thing once we were in our room.

There's no elevator. Didn't enjoy having to haul our stuff upstairs. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of people trying to use it. I ended up eating breakfast standing near the reception desk while my family sat on a couch.

able to park car next to room and being able to use outside patio door to unload and reload the car easily. breakfast was very good. staff very polite. beds were comfortable. extra towels was a nice touch.

price was quite high when taking into account the age of the facilities. it could use a refresh as it’s stuck back in the early 2000s, as I remember a similar comfort inn Laval I stayed back then and it was pretty much the same, except minor improvements.

My room was close to the exit which made access to my car easy. The darkening drapes in the patio door were excellent at blocking the light. Having both a mini fridge and a microwave in the room was great.

It was very noisy as some other customers were partying and there was still carpet on the floor.

The staff at the front desk was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They spoke to me in English as soon as they realized my french was not very good. The gentleman who checked me in was very thorough and helpful.

Rooms are a bit dated but the beds were comfortable. I thought the price was bit high for the room

The location was excellent. The breakfast was above average for selection but the eggs were a little slimy.

We were just there to sleep so no issues. The one almost issue was there was no spot to click when trying to add a pet so although it said pet friendly they only have limited rooms for dogs. They were able to change rooms when they found out we had a dog but otherwise it would have been trouble.

People at the desk were very nice, room was comfortable and price was good for a Holiday weekend.

Poor guy in charge of breakfast was overwhelmed by the amount of people and had trouble re-filling everything. One of his colleagues should have come to help. But he was very nice and doings his best to help everyone and one person was just not enough.

Good location and easy to find.

Air conditioning unit in the room VERY noisy and too close to the bed. Room should be switched around moving the chair next to the AC unit and the bed farther away where the chair was. Might help a bit.
