Quality Inn & Suites Lévis

The staff were very pleasant, didn’t have an issue with conversation in english. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Pool hours for late check ins are poor. Did not pay the price I was expecting and was told it’s not correct when booked through a third party.

I booked the property through booking.com, I should the girl at the desk the price I was expecting to pay and she told me it’s not correct when booked through a third party. I do not ever spend that much on a room but decided to treat my son and I on our long trip home. I will not book another stay at their chain as it’s far to much $.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel is very clean (bedroom, linen, hallway...) and has all the amenities you need. Beds were a bit tough for us. We loved the swimming pool after a cold day. Free parking. Free coffee and juice. Breakfast is good (sausages, eggs, baked beans, cereals, yogurts, fruits, chocolate croissant, bagel...)with some options for those who have restrictions (lactose free milk, soya margarine...). A Tim Horton and a Score restaurant just 1 minute walk to the hotel. 30 minutes to go to Quebec city. 45 minutes for "Le relais" where we were skiing (the nearest slopes and not expensive place). Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay here. The staff is very friendly and bilingual. They had no problem accommodating my dog even though I forgot to mention him while booking. Our double Queen room was spacious, well lit, and clean. There was plenty of desk space to get some work done and the wifi was solid. The beer and wine vending machine in the lobby was very welcome after a long day of driving. Breakfast was enough to start the day with a hot meal and some coffee..

Blankets in the room were very thin and the heating wouldn't stay at the set level. So by the middle of the night we had all the blankets piled on top of one another to warm up.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities including a microwave! The breakfast was good and included hot and cold options. There was even a play room that our toddler really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly. There is a Scores restaurant and a Tim Hortons a few minutes away. Highly recommend and will definitely book it for our next trip!

It was a 30 minute drive to Old Quebec, which may be a con for some but it was only 12 minutes to the Aquarium which was the main goal of our trip so we were very happy!

We were travelling from New Brunswick to Montreal and wanted to visit Quebec City without travelling into the city. The hotel is located just off the motorway and is a short, very easy drive down to the port to catch the ferry across. Perfect! The staff were very welcoming. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Lovely bathroom. Loads of parking and a restaurant just across from the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

When we walked in, tired from a long day of driving and we were greeted by a sparkling clean lobby that smelled clean and the staff were wonderful. The beverage bar really impressed me. The rooms again were clean comfortable and everything you could ask for. Good restaurant within walking distance and the breakfast was exceptional.

Excellent quality and amenities for a comfortable price. We will definitely come again and/or look for Quality Inn and Suites first when travelling.

Everything was "tops". Just one thing lacking: my husband and I are in our 80s. It would have been useful to have a rubber mat in the bath tub. Instead, I used a wet towel as a mat. The tub wa slippery when wet.

The location is excellent. it was 5 minutes from my brother’s home and easy to drive to. There was a largely shopping mall and Walmart Superstore very close by. The staff was excellent and spoke English which was appreciated. Breakfast was good with many choices. The woman that took care of the breakfast was so nice.

was given a policy about pets not too impressed with. I am a very responsible pet owner. I never leave my pet alone. in your policy you say I would be responsible if my dog barked and kept other guests awake etc. well what about the guest who talk in the hallway going to and from their rooms. the dog only barks if she there is noise or people walking by the door as she is very protective. I know when I had booked with booking.com. you told me I would be charged a certain rate. no mention of additional chgs for a pet fee. In your wording you should say additional chgs will apply for your pet

The location is perfect if you want easy access to the autoroute heading to Montreal. The property is also very close to grocery, liquor, fuel, clothing, and general shopping stores. There is a nice smaller swimming pool and a very good hot breakfast included (bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, coffee, juice).

The television service was poor. The streaming lagged and sometimes audio did not match the video. The included apps did not include Netflix.
