Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean with useful amenities. A/C works well. Just off the highway and easy to get to. Due to driving conditions we arrived long after expected check in (late in the night), they waited for us. They switched rooms on the spot from second floor to ground floor making it easier for us because we were traveling by motorcycle.

No complaints.

Breakfast was more than expected and delicious. However, I (wrongly?) assumed breakfast was included. I overheard another guest say the same thing at breakfast so maybe it wasn't stated clearly at the online booking stage. However, the price was very reasonable. The location was great, a few minutes' drive from the ferry to Old Quebec.

Internet was slow and my laptop kept dropping the connection.

The motel could not be better managed. The only disappointment was that the advertised restaurant & bar are no longer in service.

I did not find the advertised restaurant, bar nor the 24 hour front desk to still be true.

A very cyclist-friendly motel. Exceptionally pleasant and accommodating staff, spotless rooms, ample parking, delicious breakfast and good value for money. The location is ideal for access to the cycling route along the south shore.

It is cheaper than the other big hotels in town. It is not as fancy but the service is great. And it's clean and pretty quiet.

Lugging all my luggage up stairs was not great, but just up one level so not too bad.

The place is clean and well looked after. The people who run it are friendly and helpful. Although the motel is well maintained the decor is dated and the colour schemes are from the sixties or early seventies. The shower was great!

Update the decor and colour schemes. The bathroom door would stick closed and was hard to open. These things should be checked by the person changing linens. An extra roll of toilet paper should be left under the bathroom sink.

Booked this place on the way from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Stayed here before. Was towing a trailer and arrived in late evening...owners very accommodating.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not in use that evening. Nor was breakfast available next morning, but owners were clear about this at check-in. Nearness to highway in quiet neighbourhood was worth it though.

Older but very clean, comfortable, and fridge, microwave and safe in the room. Also there was a coffee maker.

Good location but older motel. Second floor is a lot of stairs for older people.

The room was quiet, clean, and roomy. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to maintain the climate. It was one of the best sleeps we've had on our trip.

Minor issue it was not close to any food or restaurant nearby later in the evening but not an issue for us.

Close to the highway (great for stopping on our cross country trip). Staff friendly and check in efficient. Staff mentioned breakfast for an additional $10 between 7:00-11:00 (and it looked good) but we had to get going before it started. Queen sized bedroom, spacious, Wi-Fi and TV all good.

The only thing that was not enjoyed was the shower head pressure/functional nozzles and very very slow drainage.
