The location was perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close to the city. The room was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Breakfast was basic and acceptable. Staff very friendly. Pet friendly is essential in my family. Car charging was not mentioned but they had 6 complimentary plugs! Great, thank you! Pool and hot tub were great after a day of activity in the area (hiking and cycling). Close to Mt Tremblant but not at the ski centre so lower cost for the room and free parking!

We were given a wheelchair accessible room meaning that it was sparsely furnished. It was ok but a regular room would have been better. The shower curtain did not reach the floor of the shower stall so a lot of water spilled to the floor. I mentioned it when checking out that they should purchase and install some shower curtain rings in order to lower the curtain and keep water in the shower stall.

All of the hotel staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and accommodating. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold choices.

Two things: I tried to make sure the pool slide and hot tub were going to be available on our dates. The website indicated they would be but when we got there the hot tub and slide were not available, so that was disappointing. The second thing was the AC unit started to make very strange noises at 4 AM. We did everything we could and even shut it down but it would not turn off so we had to change rooms. The front desk staff dealt with it very quickly but it was very frustrating and interruptive. Also surprising as it is a newer hotel.

Location is ideal for people that may be passing through or looking for a lower price to accommodation attending the hill. We had a late check in with very accommodating staff. Staff that we had dealt with on that particular night was bilingual and able to assist with check-in. Rooms were comfortable and accommodating. Small breakfast buffet in the morning was served up. Very simple but fit the bill. Our stay there was just a quick turnaround to give us one more day of skiing at the hill where we previously couldn't book the full allotment at the hotel at the base of the hill where we stayed. For the price and location would definitely consider staying longer term in order to enjoy the hill.

Very clean, everywhere. Any communication with the staff was a real pleasure. Special thanks to Eric who was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our week's stay. Great amenities. The waterslide was a blast for the kids. Large clean hot tub. Plentiful breakfast, fresh made. Tea, coffee, juice, hot water, hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7. Good size parking lot.

No critical cons, just a few suggestions. The surrounding area around or at the back of the hotel could be more developed, i.e. by adding more sitting areas with tables or benches, landscaping; the front looks good though, with a nice rock structural composition around a fireplace. They could add variations to the hot breakfast menu as it was the same every day, though still very good. The kitchenette only had one large aluminum pot and a large frying pan, so you could consider bringing your own. The plates and glasses were only supplied in sets for 3 persons max. No kettle. The arcade room was a nice touch, would be better if it was free of charge though. No bath soap. Not enough shelving to put your clothes, so it was scattered around the room.

Complimentary breakfast was much better than usual hotel fare. I loved the coffee available any time we came back from skiing and the outdoor hot tub was bliss apres ski! And I was told they may be improving the hot tub experience in the future. The staff were friendly and most helpful.

I know the hotel is a mircotel but a set of drawers would have been nice. It wasn't a big deal since we only had minimal clothing... just ski gear, jeans and sweaters. The place was great as it is and we had a wonderful time there!

The place was very clean and spacious, and the small game room was a nice addition, an air hockey table plus two arcade style games, about $1 per play. Although the air hockey table puck was damaged so it was not working smoothly. Breakfast was good, great value for the price. The location was ideal, there were a few shops and a gas station in the same plaza.

We had two babies with us and the room we got was directly above the reception and front door. Every time the sliding doors are opened/closed, our room would hear the annoying loud rumble and creaking, it went on all night. I was like sleeping above a room with a garage door opening and closing. We had to use our white noise machine to help with this problem, but it was still annoying.

Overall this was a great option for FAMILY’s near Tremblant but at a much more reasonable price than staying in the resort area. the pool, hot tub and water slide were a huge hit and the breakfast in the morning was very good. all in all great value and highly recommended.

This isn’t a critique of the hotel but just be aware you still have to drive to the Tremblant ski hill it’s about 10 minutes or $25 taxi ride but considering booking a hotel room in the resort areas about double the price it was much more economical to stay here

Eric was amazing and compensated and was very apologetic for an unforseen incident. Merci Eric!! Breakfast was great. Outside hot tub was awesome also. Overall great all around. Loved our stay!

The pool was tiny. Unfortunately when we arrived they had some technical issues and was not able to get our keys till next day. No elevator on our first evening and a bit of inconvenience to take the stairs to the 4th flr with our baggage. Again it was an unforseen incident and not complaining overall.

The room was spacious, staff was wonderful, love the fact they have a big spa and indoor pool we can enjoy after work. Nice breakfast included. This is a family resort. It is very modern well priced they have everything you need.

Very noisy got woken up very early at 7am when I wanted to sleep I was next to an exit door. The room doors are heavy and people just slam them not thinking of others. 3rd time here always very noisy.
