The room was wonderful and although there was only a coffee maker in the room, the staff gave us a carafe that held hot water for tea.

I had changed our original reservation to upgrade one of the two rooms I had reserved through booking.com and the amount to be charged had increased to reflect this change. The hotel did not receive the information that I had upgraded, and originally checked us into the lesser room. When I showed them my booking on my phone, they changed and upgrade the room. I don't know if this was a booking.com problem or a hotel problem.

Updated, reasonably priced. A very good restaurant and bar for dinner downstairs. Proximity to Lac Mercier that has walking path around.. Beautiful surrounding. Trattoria Tremito a minute walk away is fabulous for breakfast pastries, sandwiches and early light dinner.

They cancelled breakfast which used to be a great highlight.

Kind of a bummer that there’s no breakfast as the surrounding restaurants don’t open until 8am, and there’s no microwave in the room to be able to have a hot meal before heading up to ski if you’re and early skier.

I love the little Bistro the hotel had on the main floor. The location for hiking was fantastic! Lovely staff everywhere. The room was small but we don’t need it too big and the price was fair. My ONLY complaint would be that the bathroom is so small that the sink is outside of the bathroom. It makes it difficult for privacy and for keeping quiet in the night or early morning.

location was very good .you can Walk to the beach . there was a nice skating rink this time of year . close to restos . not far from all the action . room was very clean . little small but ok for a couple . we had a double bed and a little table with 2 chairs which was great for when we had takeout . all in all I def recommend it 😃

parking was a little difficult some days . description said lake view but it was fine .

Room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for biking on the trails. Staff were friendly.

The restaurant was closed so it was not possible to get breakfast or other meals (to be fair it had just become off season). Because this hotel is located in a Tremblant village there are not a lot of eating options other than sandwich shops.

The building next door had a defective motion sensor light. All night long it was turning on and off... Which was very frustrating for a light sleeper.

Resto Pub was very cosy, service was great , waitress and barman were polite and pleasant. Room was clean and quiet. Local Bus Shutlle takes you every where for free

Location near lake, village, and hiking , cycling path.

They were extremely busy, the staff did their best. But not enough people in the restaurant working. They had to turn people away or they left. We waited an hour for a drink and snack.

Room was on third floor with a view of Lac Mercier. Room was of good enough size. The bed was comfortable. Stayed at Room #211.

It took a few minutes for the hot water in the shower. I could not get good Data reception on my mobile phone. Sometimes it will go all the way down to E, then to 4G. LTE was difficult even when at the window. I had similar experience also when dining at the restaurant. Could be my phone.
