There are a lot of activities for my kids during our stay. We went for a walk in the woods, we went skating, the hotel has cookies and hot coco in the afternoon available at the lobby . At night the kids played pingpong , watched a movie in a cinema room while the adults spent time by the fireplace. The view ofna lake from our room is just spectacular.

the room is dated. the pull out bed couch is probably from the 90s, the carpet definitely needs cleaning too. The room paint looks very gloomy and just dull overall. Lots of potential for this hotel if they can just take care of these lil things.

Room was good, balcony is huge with a lake view. Convenient location, bike rental place next to hotel. Beach is very nice: shallow and clean entrance. Great for kids. Lots f space for everyone. Fire pit on the beach for evening gathering. Wooden sticks are provided for marshmallows.

Pool and hot tab area is clean but outdated. Elevator was out of service and we lived on the 3rd floor. Hotel should offer free breakfast , but they only say sorry

Great 2-rm suite, with a complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony looking out on the gorgeous Lac Ouimet. 10 minutes from the pedestrian area at the foot of the ski hill, and ten minutes from a village with a supermarket, liquor store and drugstore. Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The lake was a bit cold for swimming, but there was a terrific indoor pool, and on the lake you could take out kayaks, canoes and pedal boats. There was also a bicycle rental and kms of wooded trails.

The lodge has seen better days. A touch of paint here and a sanding of the wood there would have really spiffed the place up. But it was so comfortable, it didn't really matter.

The pool is very large in comparison to other hotels. The apartment had anything we needed.

On the morning of our second day ( out of three) we had a stange and disturbing call from the reception asking about our name and telling us we have to move because somebody else is registered for the room that day. After answering that our reservation was made more than three months in advance for three days and that we have no intention to move anywere, the lady answered she will check. We didn't hear anything from the reception, not a slight apology. It seems the staff didn't get a proper preparation on treating guests.

The beach and lake were lovely. Staff were helpful. Proximity to village was great.

Two.things - 1. There was a kitchen.which was great but not a single cooking sheet and limited pots etc. 2. The games room was VERY limited - it had a ping ping table and skipping ropes left behind by travellers . That was very disappointing for a lodge catering to families.

Great location, fabulous pool, access to winter sports - ski slopes, skating on site, fat bike, cross country skiing, and snow shoes. Rome was as represented. Brilliant friendly French Canadian atmosphere with restaurant / bar with huge fireplace and ‘habitant’ decor with canoes, wood and logs.

Some of the staff at the front desk were brilliant, and helped with their local knowledge and recommendations. Others had a less positive attitude and could not be asked to help, which was a bit disappointing. With a little bit of effort this could be a 4* property.

Amazing location right by the lake. Nice sized rooms with comfortable beds, very clean and friendly staff.

Rooms feel a little tired and would benefit from some modernisation. AC quite loud at night, no kettle in room & tea just doesn’t taste right from a coffee maker.

Looking out onto the lake every morning. The look inside and outside of the hotel is nice.

Not much complimentary stuff such as ice machine, waters, breakfast.

The room was a very nice suprise! The suite room was amazing! We were in 5 and it worked really great! The lake view is wondeful. Completele in love for this place. The kids enjoyed the pool all day and at night the game room. We had breakfast and everything was delicious!

Long time forcheck in e and chek out. I had a cloget issues witn my suit but they was able to help. Nothing more to complanig. We were in a huge grupe (17 people) and we all left very happy from there.

Burning eyes from just standing in pool area. Too much chlorine. Room walls thin. Heard neighbours partying overnight Parking across street. Scary to cross road with child. Cars go so fast and don’t know that crosswalk there. Should be crosswalk light to stop traffic
