The hotel is conveniently located for transportation and there is a gas station nearby. Parking space is sufficient. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was friendly. Clean and hygienic and tidy. We, especially the kids, loved the design of that staircase leading to one of the bedrooms on the second floor.

1. There are only stairs and no elevator to the rooms on the second floor, which is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. 2. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable, and it creaks when you turn over.

Great facility. Well equipped. Despite being there for 4 full days and nights, we dnt feel the need to call the staff for anything - cleaning, changing spreads- nothing. It was so well done and self sufficient. Kitchen esply well stocked with the right and minimal utensils and cutlery. Scissors. Can opener. Knife. Bottle opener. Even had scrub n dishwashing liquid. All little details taken well care of!

Would like an elevator, esply coz we had a number of luggages , heavy as well.

This place are Superb…after our long drive we really need a good rest and this place never disappoint us.the room are so big with a couch and what i Like most is the mini kitchen inside the room that help us save money on food…We cooked our dinner and breakfast instead eating outside that’s a way more expensive especially to us that our trip is on budget… The location is 15mins drive to mont tremblandt resort And lastly the staff named Guy,He is so nice… It’s our 1st time in the place and he really help us in everything… Overall we had the best stay in this place during our trip….

Very convenient location close to the major supermarkets and an easy 15 minute drive to Tremblant. The room was clean and well appointed. The person who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable, but there were no staff on check out. The unit was well heated and the heat was easy to control. The electric fireplace was a nice touch!

It was concerning that there were no staff there from 11pm to at least 8am. Also, there was no way to turn on the bath tap without the shower running full force. The hotel entrances from the highway were initially hard to see due to lack of lighting. Consider bringing your own cutlery if eating in the unit as the cutlery supplied was not very good.

Best hotel ever from all the hotels i have stayed before. I love the condo set up of the room. We got 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. One bed was upstairs which was very spacious. There’s also a kitchenette with complete kitchenwares. There’s washer and dryer at the end of the hall which is very convenient. Especially to dry your clothes when you went for a swim in there swimming pool. I also love how there are shower rooms set up by the pool. Our stay was very worth it.

Location is fine if you dont mind having to drive to key tourist spots in the area. Room was very spacious and adequate for a couple or family of 4.

Extra $50 charge if you leave dirty dishes. Rooms are equipped with fully stocked kitchen and NO dishwasher. There is no room service due to COVID protocol and the establishment expect you to wash the dishes before you leave. Not quite justifiable at a $250 a night stay. This is a 2 floor building with no elevator or trolley for luggages. Therefore, best for folks who are physically able, especially if you are lugging suitcases and ski equipment up 2 flight of stairs.

I called the reception 2 days in advance to let them know that it was my daugter's 24th birthday on the Saturday. She was there Friday and Saturday. The lady seems to laugh when I told her that, and of course NOTHING special has been done, not even a little word on the table to wish her a happy stay and bithday. Little bit cheep on customer service. Very disapointed.

very comfortable big room,a very clean place, kitchenette was well supplied. the room was nice with the fire place. good location for downhill and xcross country skiing. The pool and sauna was nice to use after a day outdoors

Room was nice and clean. Well equipped. lLoved that there was a “fireplace”. Pool was nice too. It was a shame the hot tub was not working.

There was no daily room cleaning, so beds were not done during our stay. We had to ask for more toilet paper

Of course it was a great experience! The mezzanine with high ceilings,the comfort of the beds,the number beds,the quiteness,the pleasant welcome etc...are major benefits!

The sauna was closed,the chairs losing its upholstery.
