Charming historic property directly across from the park. The location is fantastic, with some of the best restaurants in the Plateau within a short walk. The staff were excellent and accommodating.

There will always be trade-offs to staying in an historic properties. In our case, it was a tiny room on the third floor, accessed by very steep stairs. Lovely view of the park, but not enough room for two people to walk around the bed on any side.

Croissants and coffee very good, breakfast overall very good. Breakfast goes until 10:30, so you can sleep in without missing it. Room was large and clean and bed very comfortable. Location is across from lovely park and is very quiet at night. Bike lane is right outside, and there are coffee shops close by.

Those with mobility problems should ask for a ground floor room, as there are no elevators.

Breakfast was really good, my first day they brought hot out of the oven croissants that were delicious. Breakfast variety was good, and there was enough of it. Location of the property was almost central to most of the areas I was interested in which was great. There was a bus stop near the hotel, but metro stop was a bit of a walk. Area seemed very safe, I was even told by locals that it was. I would usually return late at night alone and didn't have any issues.

Metro station was little bit of a walk away, and bus and metro arrival/departure times were a bit of a mess. It just meant a little bit more walking had to be done.

Easy place to be. The staff is friendly but not too intrusive. The rooms are pretty.

The first time I stayed here, a week previous, I was with my husband. The Bookings website site our room cost under $300. But that price was only for one night. The next two nights cost us over $500, each. I looked and found that pricing nowhere on our booking confirmation. I didn't know this until I had already booked and stayed here the second time, when I was alone. It felt like we were misled.

We really loved our stay there! -Super friendly and helpful staff -Right next to a park, close to many nice little restaurants -Reception generously offered complimentary breakfasts, which were fresh, healthy and tasty 🤤 -Soft classical music when you enter the room and have breakfast -Quiet at night and the bed was comfy -Clean and tidy overall

It could be a tad bit cleaner in the bathroom. And we’d really appreciate it if there are slippers or indoor shoes in the room.

This is a great place! Super clean, calm, and the customer service was impeccable. Coffee was good and plentiful and parking was as described.

My only issue is with the jacked up pricing. The room I stayed in is normally a $90 per night rate, but I paid $250. The nail sticking upwards out of the bathroom floor could have been a bummer, but I saw it before I stepped on it. UPDATE..I was contacted by the hotel (Christian) who informed me that they fixed the issue with the nail, and I was given a discount on my stay. They definitely read their reviews, and I would happily stay there again!!

Lovely little spot, comfortable room. Delisted the last minute reservation, staff were really accommodating when I requested minimal stairs to get to my room due to having heavy luggage, and put me on the ground floor. I enjoyed having the room with the nice big tub after a long flight!

There was some noise from the pipes when others used the toilet or shower in their room, but you would expect that in a building of this age. Very easy for me to overlook! Public transit not super convenient in winter time with longer walk to metro and only one bus that stops immediately in front but taxi to Berri-UQAM was only about $11

I asked the staff for a quiet room since I was coming back from a very tiresome travel. They not only supplied me with a room that was exceptionally quiet, they allowed me access to a better room with a jacuzzi which was normally much more expensive for the same price since it was available. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Also, the breakfast was very good with a large variety of choice and the hotel is located in front of a beautiful park in a quiet and safe area not far from a metro station.

I wasn't given the opportunity to dislike anything.

Great place. Great location. Great room. Most staff were very friendly. I thought breakfast was quite good for a continental breakfast; there were quite a lot of options. :) I found the parking video to be very valuable, as it showed me visually what the actual parking *looked like* and that was very helpful. I received detailed instructions via email and text about what to expect.

There didn't seem to be any hot water in the morning when I tried to shower. I tried to ask a question about parking, and a staff member was a bit rude to me. I was trying to ask if it would interere with parking for the next guests if I remained in my street parking spot, but he was focused on whether I had watched the parking video, the cleaning days and the zones and not listening to my actual question.

Very nice room , spacious and quiet, location was great opposite the park. The breakfast was great , continental breakfast, croissant were delicious and the choice of bread too. The staff very helpful and friendly.

That the reception wasn't manned overnight. We came to a blocked toilet and there was nobody we could address the issue to till the next morning. Not ideal after a 7h flight
