Gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to many interesting sights. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and the room was clean and quiet even though it looked out onto a busy street.

The only thing we didn't like was the parking arrangement. Parking is very limited and requires paying for the staff to move it to a small private area behind the hotel. It's understandable however because of the hotel's location on a busy Montreal street with time limited on-street parking so it's not the hotel's fault. However, it meant our car was uncovered during a period of quite a lot of snowfall. If the weather is dry, it's easier to park in nearby covered public parking areas wthin walking distance.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. They helped me get directions on how to drive home because unexpectedly my phone's cellular connection wasn't working in Canada (I'm from the US and thought my plan included Canada). The bartender helped me procure food and was very friendly as well. I was surprised the bar was still open past midnight. The room was modern and comfortable. They have a valet service for parking and it wasn't as expensive as I'm used to when I travel to Boston. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm going to a show in the area!

No complaints worth writing about!

Location, room size, facilities were lovely. Comfortable, swanky, most attractions are walkable. Breakfast was nice enough. Staff was mostly attentive. Having a gym and spa nearby/available to guests is great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it.

The rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaner (a lot of carpet stains and hair in the bathroom from past guests or staff). Also, we stayed for 5 nights and with each day, there seemed to be waning cleanliness and towel replacement -- when busy, the hotel seemed to understandably struggle a bit to keep up.

Beautiful room with a very nice balcony! Super comfy bed and great pillows. Really loved the room! Super clean! The bathroom was stunning! Beautiful, gigantic bath! Water comes in the tub like a waterfall....💕 They serve continental style breakfast/ in a smaller scale and you can bring the food to your room and eat there! I really liked that!

I couldn't believe the room had no coffee machine!!! I was extremely disappointed! I travel quite a bit and stay in many hotels in many countries and this was a shocking first for me! My fault for not checking this out before but they have no restaurant in the premises! Another disappointment! We could had ordered breakfast through room service but the choices are limited!

The hotel was in the perfect central location, with easy access to all the areas of the city we wanted to explore. Breakfast was simple yet ideal for a light fare before heading out for the day. Plus the added bonus of a delicious cappuccino. The room was spacious and clean. Despite the rainy weather one day, the hotel offered complimentary umbrellas to borrow. The gym/spa was located about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, but was quite large and offered all the equipment one would like. Plus it was free just by showing the room key.

The furniture in the bathroom was a challenge. There were no ledges, shelving or extra space to put our toiletries. Also, minor, but the balcony could use at least two chairs and a table.

Breakfast was adequate however exactly the same everyday. Some variety would have been nice.

We were very surprised at check in that they would not valet park our Honda crv because it is the most frequently stolen car in Montreal. They directed us to a nearby parking garage. It would have been nice if they advised this on their website so I could have driven a different car on my trip. Also when we got to our room at check in they had someone else’s bags on our room. It appears they sent us to the wrong room even though they said they were checking our room to make sure it was ready.

We liked the overall feel of the place and the staff were so good - went out of their way to help their guests and incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rooms were well sized and appointed. Location was good - we walked everywhere and generally a good spot to be based. The bar - and bar staff - was a real bonus also.

if anything, more the little things in the rooms - looked great but not that functional. The airconditioning kept on coming on with a really loud blast making it hard to sleep at times. A bathroom light that stayed on 24 hours and seemed to have no switch, meaning you had to shut the door each night. Not particularly useful shelving around the single sink, particularly for a couple. Sometimes wonder if designers actually use the room to see how it works? Nothing that stopped us having a good stay but just annoying things.

the decor was top notch. Room was dreamy and the lobby/eating area was very clean and modern. staff was incredibly attentive and sweet. the custom note for our stay was heartwarming & welcoming. loved how many towels were available in the bathroom & it’s products. room was overall clean (& had a lovely lavender spray on the bedside for the room). wifi was very fast and we had Netflix which is great. breakfast had a great variety (pancakes eggs waffles fruit toast bacon & pastries). We didn’t use the amenities due to the length of our stay but anyone can be sure to enjoy them!

the bed is uncomfortable — feels like laying on a table.

The hotel is beautiful from the street and inside as well. We stayed in room 502. It's a nice room with a private balcony. There is no one in front of you as it faces Sherbrooke Street (that the hotel is on). And no other balconies on either side of this balcony. A lot of sky views. The building across the street is pretty far back and off to the side a bit so it is not obtrusive. Electric blackout shades in the room and in the bathroom. Spacious shower with a large square rain shower head, a handheld shower wand and 3 wonderful directional sprayers. The bed was comfortable. There is a safe in the room which our last hotel did not have. Mini fridge in the room filled with different drinks to purchase. Snacks in the room for purchase. Full breakfast bar included (although I think they were frozen waffles and pancakes, bacon reheated I appreciated having it). The friendly staff makes you coffee, lattes, etc. to order. I liked the location. Walkable to the nearby metro and to neighborhood restaurants. There is a great convenient market right on the corner. I would stay here again.

The bathroom, while nice, needs more shelving at the sink for toiletries.

Continental style bread included. On-site bar and cafe in the lobby. Excellent location, walkable to most things! Another thing to be aware of, while comfortable, the beds are extremely firm, they seem to be a futon mattress or something similar. Firmest mattress I have ever experienced in a hotel, by far, even compared to my stays in Japan (on actual futon on the floor).

Music/bass from the bar reverberated through the bar skylights up into our balcony windows, to late hours in the morning on the Thur night. The bar also hosted a poetry slam/spoken word event that same night, which created quite a bit of noise till late at night. Limited to one coffee from the cafe as part of breakfast, had to pay for refills.
