The staff were friendly, room size was huge, modern, clean. We got the ground floor room which is a plus because we brought lots of luggage during our stay.

Even though the location is quite convenient as it's next to a fast food joint, coffeeshop, groceries, etc. But I found it was on the far side of the city centre. With traffic, the drive time from the hotel to the old town was around 45-50 minutes.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and calm with many shops and restaurants around. There is a bank 3 min away, a coffee shop/restaurant 5 min away and a walmart 7 min away as well as a gas station 6 min away. The parking is on location, behind the property and it is free.

The pillows were not comfortable but this is always the same problem with all hotels we stayed in.

The rooms were good, parking is free, staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is horrible and very expensive. I paid $16 per adult and close to $10 per kid and it was totally not worth it. They don’t even have a microwave in kitchen to serve hot milk / tea. There was no cream and fruits for waffles. The free buffet you get in comparable hotels is much better.

Did not feel liKE the OLD BEST WESTERN. Very fresh, big rooms.

It was super clean and the room was spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. The washroom was huge and nice.

On facilities it listed swim pool in 2018 being updated, however still no pool at all fir 2 nites, I double checked booking,com details after we checked in no info pool was closed, big sign in lobby no pool, should hav been listed no pool, clerk insisted info was on hotel website but i went thru booking.com. i did not appreciate her comments to me. coffee brand not the best flavor, parking lot looked sketchy n trashy but remodel stuff all over, next door bldg looked abandoned and trashed, did not make us feel safe, Walls thin and noisy 1st night, 2 vents in floor were poorly remodeled, hole where vents were was too big and noise came up thru vents our first night there

The breakfast was great. I was expecting a continental breakfast and was surprised at the full breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. I slept very well. The hotel was very quiet, I did not hear any noise at all. Overall, it was a great place to stay. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend Best Western. I have stayed at Best Western over the years and they always gave me a wonderful stay. Great work Best Western. Thank you Best Western.

Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was included and have good selection. Breakfast hours are from 7 to 10am and the staff were very accommodating to let some people in to get some breakfast even though they were late. Everyone seems to be coming down for breakfast close to the closing time so it became crowded at the breakfast area. Staff did their best to clean up as soon as people leave. Room was nice and clean. There was a vibration noise coming from the bathroom pipes so every time you turn on and off the faucet, you will hear a banging noise. At first we thought that the noise was someone knocking at the door, but later figured out that it was the pipes. Just something minor. The location of the hotel was on the East end of Montreal so getting back to the downtown area is a bit far. There were lots of road construction everywhere in Montreal.

our experience at this hotel was great! it is worth the price. we were welcomed by Edif who was informative and enthusiastic. she tried to help us with a special request and gave us many options. the rooms were nice and clean. they were exactly as the the pictures seen online. what made our stay even more special was when we went down for breakfast the next morning and Kathy and Susie were working hard to provide everyone with their great service. the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Kathy and Susie made sure to keep everything stocked and clean! would definitely recommend!

The room was a decent space in size. It was neat and clean. Renovated bathroom with the modern surfaces and appliances.

The air conditioning regulation didn't work. It was also impossible to turn it off, thus we had to sleep in a pretty loud environment. The breakfast didn't worth the money they asked for it.
