Super 8 by Wyndham Lachenaie/Terrebonne

Breakfast was great. Bed was big. Room was clean and spacious. A/C was cold. Fridge and freezer worked well. Water was strong and hot. Staff was pleasant. Parking was plentiful. Location was close to A40 on ramp. Metallica was awesome!

TV was small. The beds foam mattress was too soft to be able to sleep on your stomach and not get a sore back. Personal preference though.

The breakfast was fine and the young lady who gave it to us very pleasant. The location was easy to reach with many amenities in the area.

Unfortunately, we could not figure out how to turn off the radio alarm which went off at midnight. It would have been helpful if instructions on how to operate the radio had been left somewhere in the room. Finally, we unplugged the radio.

Everyone was super friendly to us and to our furry members. There is a bathtub so we were able to take a nice relaxing bath. AC was working perfectly. We appreciated there was a microwave in a roo to heat up our food as well. Also, the hotel's Wifi was working nice and very fast which we really needed!

There was no gift shop of any kind at the hotel so we had to wait until the next morning to go to a pharmacy close by to get some medication.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and understanding. Complimentary breakfast had good simple options. Location was a short walk to a grocery store and pharmacy. Room was clean and all amenities worked great!

Very minor issues with WiFi. Had to ask for a new code after a few days.

Everything great staff extremely clean no issue what so ever I stayed a week and will do it again next year there

I liked that it was a nice facility that allowed our dog to stay with us and the room didn’t smell like dogs had stayed there.

There wasn’t a designated outside area for our dog that had not been treated. I am not sure if whatever the grass had been treated with was safe for my dog. My dog hasn’t been sick so I assume it didn’t harm her.

We stayed here on our way to Ontario and it was close to friends in Charlemagne. Our room was clean and the staff was courteous. The continental breakfast was OK. I would stay here again.

Great location. lots of restaurants walking distance. Clean comfortable rooms.

Would have liked a hot breakfast

No hot breakfast I would come in late and leave early in the morning If you stay for more than one night, there should be a special rate

It was very welcoming with friendly staff and the rooms were clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable.

If you are not an animal lover don't book here but aside from hearing some small dogs barking it was very quiet.

Box breakfast due to covid. It’s great unless you need bacon to start your day. Great sleep. Great value. Located just off the highway and only a 2 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and a mall/cinema. There’s a microwave oven in the room which is a nice touch. There are extra pillows in the tv stand.
