We booked the hotel to be close to Jewish General Hospital to visit a sick relative and that was the closest hotel we could find. The room was well-decorated and large. It had two full beds and one futon bed in the living room. A full kitchen and dining area was something we did not expect but was a bonus. The neighbourhood was full of restaurants, bakeries and good cafes. We had breakfast in a bakery next to the hotel and the food was delicious. There was a nice bookstore in front. It was very pretty. There was a laundry machine and dryer in the basement available to use. The hotel is perfect for families to stay.

The parking and garage was not easy to park. Double-row parking was a bit inconvenient. although you can park in the streets, there is a chance of car thefts. ome receptionists were not very friendly.

Great location! Been coming to Montreal for years and decided to change up the neighbourhood. The Cote-des-neiges neighbourhood allows you to get a true feel of Montreal with less of the polished touristy aspect. Hike up to the gorgeous Oratory for sunrise or sunset, hop on the metro to the Bell Centre or Old Port within 20-25 mins, wander through the mansions of Westmount - everything is at your fingertips. Nice rooms, great staff. Parking was easy to access, clean, and safe.

The 3rd floor rooms on the interior courtyard felt almost below ground. Not much you can do, busy weekend but the room itself was nice and still got okay light. Weird bathroom layout, would be challenging for 3+ people.

The Location was everything about this hotel. It was close to several 24x7 stores (Metro supermarket, Farmer's Market, Pharmacy, etc.). Being right next to the University of Montreal meant that it has several bistros and pubs in the area that are open till 3:00 AM (I visited in July/Summer). The Subway/Metro station and bus stops are very close by and you have fantastic views of the Oratory/Mount Royal from the street. I really felt like I was living in the place as a local. The kitchenette has all the utensils one would need. We also did our laundry here - and the use of the laundry room was complimentary (including the detergent, etc.). The staff are proficient in both English and French.

Room and common areas where spotless and very fresh. Cleaning ladies very friendly and accommodating. The young gentleman that looked after moving our car was extremely helpful and he also came up when we couldn't figure out the air conditioning. Anytime we saw him he was so courteous and answered any questions we have. He should be the hotel manager; he has what it takes to make you feel very welcome. Staff on the counter were good but not as friendly and welcoming as the other staff. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

The parking could be better, very tight and having to leave your keys if you ended up parking in a spot that blocked another car in. Having said that we didn't have any issues as the gentleman that worked there was always out promptly to assist us.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location was ideal. The room was huge and nicely decorated, and the shower was one of the nicest I've ever seen in a hotel. After we left the hotel, we realized we forgot a pair of eyeglasses in the room. The hotel found them for us, packaged them and took them to the poste office to mail to us. We so appreciate that effort.

Two things were not ideal. The scent in the hallways outside the rooms was off-putting. Also, the toaster set off the smoke alarm -- twice. Bit these are minor issues.

The hotel is located close to the metro which is convenient. You also have everything you need in the area; supermarket, restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and doing its best to help you with anything you need. We came back a second time at the end of our trip and we were lucky enough to check in earlier than expected and drop our luggages in the room. The room was bigger than expected with everything you need to cook and make yourself comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. Would definitely recommend and go back! Thank you!

The location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, metro, etc. And very close to where my son lives. The room was clean and exactly what we requested. Being able to park onsite was also very much appreciated.

There were very noisy people in the rooms around us. Yelling back and forth down to hall to each other. They eventually quieted down so we were able to get to sleep but it all started up again the next morning at 6 am when they were getting ready to leave. We should have called down to the desk but didn't.

Excellent location with supermarket, shops and excellent coffee shop immediately at hand. Mont Royal is 5 minutes away by car and a must - especially in the Fall. Easy access to Metro with downtown one change at 15 minutes away. 165 bus also very convenient for downtown and stops outside the hotel. Rooms are average.

No breakfast but Pain D’Ore opposite is excellent. No bath tub and water pressure on 5th floor was poor so decent shower not possible. Limited car parking under the hotel at $23 extra per night.

We had a studio apartment with a lounge, bedroom, bathroom, small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and a large walk in closet. There was parking downstairs at a fee and it was right in the residential area with lovely shops and restaurants and very close to the Metro to take the train downtown. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for use free of charge.

There were only two creamers in the room. More milk would have been good and seeing there was a fridge, a jug of real milk would have been greatly appreciated.

Extremely happy about the hotel and it's location. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and bed. A little kitchenette and a grocery store, cafés and SAQ (liquor store) across the street. Pur bed was super comfortable and loved that it had a living room and walk in closet and dressers. 5 minute to Metro which is the subway with super easy route to downtown. Lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance so fabulous location. The value for the room was fantastic. I would stay again and would definitely recommend.

The only small thing was the shower took a super long time to get warm and the water never got really hot but warm enough.
