Parc Suites Hotel

I recently stayed at this delightful boutique hotel that surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Each room was equipped with a kitchen, which was a convenient and budget-friendly feature. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The internet was pretty fast as well. The only drawback was the presence of stairs at the entrance, but the staff were always available to assist. Overall, I highly recommend this charming hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and well-equipped rooms.

Room was very spacious (we had 2 bedroom suite). Beds were comfortable. Little kitchen would make a family stay very convenient. Bathroom was small but clean and updated. Blackout curtains were helpful. There is even a small balcony (we did not use). Pros of location is its an easy walk from a metro station to get to/from airport, and a short (15 min) walk to Old Town. The street, though looks wide, was very quiet at night. (see cons below).

Maybe it was in description, but there is no elevator in the hotel to get to main level. There are 2 flights of steep stairs you have to climb. It was OK for us traveling light, but if you have large suitcases plan ahead. Also while it is on the border of Quartier des spectateurs, the block its on is sketchy with a lot of homeless people, so frankly we did not feel very safe coming back to the hotel in the evening, nor going to have breakfast across the street. The street is pretty dirty too.

We had to check-in and check-out before our booking and we had no problems to do it. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and cosy. Also, very well equipped. Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted, due to personal issues. but surely next time we go back to Montreal we will consider booking again with them.

Parking was close but a little difficult to arrive

Very little, comfy, quiet and ambient place. We felt at home there. The suite was specious and clean. There were beautiful fresh flowers placed in our room. The property manager, Tourgay met us personally and showed our room. All the staff members are really hospitable, helpful and friendly. We were offered an upgrade to switch our studio suite to a beautiful one bedroom suite. Never regretted! The place is within walking distance from the attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes to different taste around.

My stay was simply perfect. I loved the suite, it felt like home, and it was incredibly quiet considering this is a vibrant part of the city. I slept very soundly and enjoyed the fact that this is a small-scale hotel, where you can relax and do not have to deal with noise from other guests (or even run into them at all). The decor was warm and welcoming, and the kitchen was equipped with everything one could need. The wifi was super reliable, allowing me to have a seamless important Zoom meeting, and everything was sparkling clean. The best of all was, as others have mentioned, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff - more specifically, the owner himself, Mr. Turgay D. I enjoyed our conversations and was touched by him going out of his way to get me scissors when I needed them. I made sure to get his card as I will definitely call him directly when I need to stay in Montreal next - not only do I think he will remember me (he's just that nice and attentive to detail!) but it is definitely going to be a better deal for both parties involved. This kind of experience is incomparably better than anything the bigger hotels could offer. I also enjoyed the location, the proximity to Montreal's most famous park (designed by the same architect who designed Central Park in NYC), and there are many charming places nearby, the coffee at Cafe Pikolo was outstanding and I had a very nice brunch at Cafe St-Barth (both within 1 minute of walking). You just can't go wrong with Parc Suites Hotel!

Nothing could have been better. Some visitors have mentioned the stairs, but I had read the hotel info before my arrival and was not surprised in the least. In fact I was glad to add a couple more steps and stairs to my daily count!

Great location, very clean, spotless, European style suite. Fully equipped kitchen which was very helpful for me since I have a special diet program.Parking was behind the hotel and you should just walk half block to turn around. They do not have an elevator but the stairs are not issue at all unless if you have any health issue that you can’t take stairs. Staff were very helpful.

The suites were surprising charming and up-to-date at the same time and the kitchen was quite well-equipped. The immediate street is someone noisy/busy but the room was a great retreat. And it was a surprisingly good value for a suite in a central location. The management was also kind and attentive. Would definitely stay again!

Stairs could be challenging for anyone with a very big suitcase. It is only three stories, though, so not a huge climb.

This hotel is a gem! I initally booked the studio but when I arrived at the hotel I wanted to see the larger suites to see if it is worth the little extra and I'm glad I did! The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. They showed me recently renovated suite with the king bed and the difference was huge with twice the space, better view, bath tub, the balcony, full size fridge, bigger TV etc.! So it was well worth the little extra. The suite was well maintained and prepared to a level more than I expected with respect to tidiness and cleanliness. The only downside was the stairs in the entrance but it was not a big deal since the it is a small hotel and unless you have a health condition it should be okay. Overall it was a great place to stay and I'll definitely stay again next time I'm back! I also believe supporting a local hotel that cares about their guests is important these days.
