Excellent location on Sherbrooke Street, great breakfast including delicious Montreal bagels, Yum Yum! Parking was $20 and they have two options including on site and then one a block away, we ended up in the one a block away and it was perfect and very secure. We had a delightful balcony overlooking the park. there is a lovely pool at the top floor along with a deck that gives you a 180° view of the city, very nice. We also loved the kitchen set up which allowed us to have cold drinks and a snack and there’s a lovely grocery store just two blocks away. We will absolutely be back, the location was simply superb for our needs and the staff was delightful, especially the breakfast ladies, and they earned our annual business!

Location was great, very central to everything. Breakfast was good. Room was large with 2 beds, very clean. Kitchen was great, well equipped.

I would ask the hotel to improve the pool...it was so heavily chlorinated that it was always cloudy (couldn't even see the bottom). Also, I wish I had known, when I first arrived, that I could park outside the hotel to bring in luggage, I wasn't told and I carted it all from the underground parking across the street. Loading up to leave I parked in the back.

The only thing that could have been better were the window curtains. There were only sheers that didn't provide blockage from the morning sun or privacy.

Location was in the center of all the attractions we wanted to see and within walking distance of Metro station. Breakfast was a very lovely surprise. There was a great assortment of fruits, breads, loafs, eggs, cereal and drinks. The front desk staff was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to answer questions. And we asked a lot of questions. Felix, Sebatian and Leila were a big help! The room was quiet. Our room had a balcony and a good view. The swimming pool was refreshing. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped. There was plenty of closet space and dresser drawers. Having the night light built into the hair dryer was perfect! The elevators were small, especially when people had luggage, but we were not inconvenienced. We seldom had to wait long for one.

Yogurt cups at breakfast were small. We ate 2 at a time. The dining room and food stations got crowded at peak times. The note/magnet on the refrigerator door about peak times was helpful. I wish I had known about the parking garage across the street. I would have parked there instead of struggling to get into the tiny parking space at the hotel. And I would have saved a few dollars/night. There was no head room in the parking garage for my tall friend. Since I backed into the spot we could not load the trunk of the car until I pulled out. The bathroom could use more shelf space near the sink. The placement of the full-length mirror caused a reflection from the bathroom night light to fall in the sleeping area. It did not disturb our sleep.

My wife and I were thoroughly satisfied with our six-night stay at L'Appartement Hôtel. In the first place our "suite" was large, spacious, bright and well-equipped. Among other things the ceilings were high, the windows were large and everything was in very good condition. Our suite was traditional in design but very attractive nonetheless. Indeed we were happy with the wood furniture, the mild, harmonious colours, the three closets and the soft seats: it was a welcome change from the now familiar harsh colours and stark contemporary design of many restaurants and hotels. Three other aspects of our stay merit comment here: our room was quiet; our room was tidied daily and the towels were changed; and the quality of the breakfast was unusually good. L'Appartement Hotel is two blocks away from the commercial heart of Montreal. We welcomed that spacer and did not miss at all the noise and congestion of the commercial area. In any case the hotel is near to many attractions.

L'Apppartement Hotel has one shortcoming. There are only two lifts/elevators. At peak times of day they are very busy, and needing to wait several minutes is not uncommon. As the hotel has approximately 16 floors, using the stairs is usually not a comfortable alternative. Frankly for us, waiting for the lift was just a minor irritation, but travellers with tight schedules and taunt nerves should take this constraint into account. Although the buffet breakfast is very well managed, guests should be aware that at times they may need to wait a minute or two to grill their bagels or to fill their coffee mugs. For most persons this is unlikely to be a problem.

Average breakfast (missing something hot e.g. omelette). We stayed 15 days so breackfast was dull without to many choices Very small bath towels No body lotion in bath amenities shower steady without choice to move it. The plumbing had problems. We always heard, and during nights, the water running from neigbour appartments.

We arrived a little early but as the room was ready we were allowed to put our luggage in. One of us had stayed there many times before and recommended it. I needed parking and when I entered the parking lot there was a sign that said no parking so I attempted to turn and go down a level. Sadly I did damage my car but I called the very nice person at reception and he was there immediately to assist me in not damaging my car further and guiding me into my parking spot. This was amazing customer service and although I did not catch his name he was at the reception on Wednesday August 29 around 1:30pm. I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Montreal.

Located at the perfect place within 2 km radius from all major attractions of Montreal. Room was good and comfortable. But there was no AC in the bedroom. Breakfast was Ok.

1. At the time of check in the amount charged was 100+ cad more than the actual quoted amount of booking .com. I am not talking about 50 cad refundable amount. Thankfully, I checked the quote and complained, upon which the bill was corrected. 2. two lifts are not enough. We had to wait 8+ minutes while preparing to depart. With a baby we could not use stairs and thank god we did not miss the train

Our apartment was spacious and clean, the hotel has also a pool, a gym and a laundry. Breakfast is served in a large room and even when crowded there’s enough space for everybody. The location is quite good, not far from the Plateu district and the Mount Royal park with a 15 minute walk.

Walking distance from city center. Nice view of the mountain. The reception staff were nice. The kitchenette was complete.

We didn't know the hotel had parking and we had already parked in a nearby paid parking which eventually turned cheaper than the hotel's. The pool area was dirty and flooded, and there was no shower area. The soil from the plant pots gets scattered around the pool area. The pool floor had soil or sand, and the pool water didn't look clean. There was no hot food for breakfast, and the staff in the dining area was rude. Sockets need repair because it was hard to plug chargers.
